The hotel staff were extremely hospitable, always available for help. The rooms were really spacious and clean. The restaurants were great and huge varieties. We highly recommend this hotel and would return again

Stayed here for 2 night and it was absolutely delightful! The staff was very hospitable, the amenities were great, location of the hotel relative to the touristy attractions was fantastic, breakfast was on point and a vast variety, room was decent sized and clean too. Gave us nothing to complain about. 10/10 and would highly recommend.

From the time of checking in up to the time of checking out (after a 3 week stay) the experience overall was in one one word ‘EXCELLENT’ Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel was clean. Big improvement from my last stay some 2 years ago!! Keep it up Cinnamon Grand!

The hotel, is good overall. It is a place where you can relax, eat, get pampered and shop! The following two areas need attention to make it perfect. 1. The open event area just on the side of the reception got very loud on one of the nights That I was at the hotel. My room was on level 3 and i could not get any sleep due to the loud noise. I had to call the reception to get the noise down. 2. Checking in the afternoon of 17 July 2026 was slow probably because the guest who was in the line before me had a lot of questions, and the reception was serviced by a single staff member. Overall, it is a very good hotel with all the 5-star facilities and a shopping mall just next door. SJ, New Zealand

Conveniently located in Colombo. Great restaurants at the hotel and easy access to a mall and food court. Friendly and helpful staff. Great gym with trainers. Spa was wonderful. The room was spacious.

Busy hotel with many events and options. Rooms are small but clean. Shower has “pin you to the wall” pressure and that often floods bathroom. We’ve had several stays in different rooms and floors- all same shower experience . Room staff is kind and efficient. Restaurants are good but breakfast gets repetitive. Front desk and lobby staff are welcoming and caring. Prime location to get about Colombo and convenient to mall and beach. Nicely maintained and ambiance is real.

Natasha and all of the servers, cleaning folx etc were wonderful. They addressed issues right away and did it with kindness and care. My only quibble would be the service at breeze, which can be a bit slow.
