We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

location - very strategic, want to find food nearby, there is KFC, in front of Beserang there is McD, next to the hotel there is Warung Gang Djangkrik which is okay (non-halal). room - big, clean, complete facilities (comparable to the price) service - friendly, fast response. breakfast - delicious food, quite complete

The most pleasant stay, feels as comfortable as your own home, the cleanliness is really good, the employees are all friendly, clean towels, clean bathrooms, always come back here every time to Surabaya. The best and recommend.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful; they helped me a lot with any problems. The hotel location was also very convenient by being near a big shopping center.

I think this is one place to stay that will surprise you. The price is not expensive, but the rooms are spacious, with minimalist decoration, so it feels even more spacious. Apart from being spacious, the rooms are neat and clean. This hotel will clearly be your first consideration if you travel again to ITS and its surroundings. Hopefully it's not fully booked.
