Excellent and satisfying service. We were greeted warmly from the moment we entered. The front desk staff, Kak Tri, was always friendly and provided the best service. When I discovered the pool water was warm (really warm), I didn't hesitate to take my kids in for a long time. The kids really loved the pool, the best! Last but not least, the excellent service from Kak Reza, who was prompt and always greeted me politely. Breakfast was delicious with many variations, and the restaurant staff were top-notch and so kind!

It's definitely worth staying here. It's centrally located, super safe and comfortable for a solo stay. The rooms are also really nice and clean, the location is strategic, the breakfast is quite varied, and the welcome drink and snacks are delicious.

This was my second stay at 101 Rajawali Palembang. Everything was pleasant. Parking was spacious and easy. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. The location is centrally located, but not in a congested area. If I return to Palembang, I will definitely stay at 101 Rajawali again.
