The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, and the location is also convenient for walking to the surrounding culinary scene. For convenience, I think I'll stay here often when I visit Surabaya.

The bed is comfortable with two pillows per mattress (I ordered a twin bed), the hotel area and room smell good, the hot water is running, there is a refrigerator, there is a work desk, the AC is cold, the staff are friendly and very helpful, not stingy with soap and shampoo...
