It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

I've been late to check in and they gave me a free upgrade to apartment type room which is much better than the room I've booked. I always love Swiss-Bel. I stayed here for a night so that I can have a dedicated space where the Wi-Fi is good and for there to have no distractions. And I got exactly that and more because it is walking distance to the city center so I got to easily meet up with the people who are living around the area, it is very conveniently located towards the end of Tunjungan Street.
