I booked a standard room with a check-in request of 12:00 PM and check-out at 8:00 AM on the app. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the friendly and smiling staff were ready to accommodate my request, even giving me a free room upgrade, getting room 219. The room was spacious (probably around 20 to 24 m2), clean and fragrant, with cool AC, complete amenities including a water heater for coffee and tea. The bathroom was clean and fully equipped with clean towels, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes. The room had a pleasant atmosphere, and the sound of the pool in the middle made it even cooler and more comfortable. There was ample parking and the staff were also prompt. The hotel's location was excellent, close to everything even on foot. Excellent service and a recommended hotel in the center of Malang.

Beyond expectations, it turns out that the cheapest room type, the standard twin, is very comfortable, the AC is cold, the room is clean, the bedsheets smell good, the bathroom is clean, the hot water works normally, the toilet is clean, the TV can have various channels, the room is small but comfortable, the carpeted floor makes the room warm with the AC coldness that can be adjusted on the panel next to the door... Overall, I am very satisfied staying here, and will stay there again when visiting Surabaya, keep up the good work...

The room is really big, comfortable for families, easy and fast access to go anywhere, easy to find food, next to the hotel there is a really delicious coconut satay seller and chicken soto, next to it there is a cafe with live music, close to the Surabaya city square, Surabaya Plaza and city hall, I think I will stay here again

Just found out there is a hotel as cozy as this in Tanjung Kodok. The right choice for a staycation if you want to go to the beach at the same time, because the beach at the hotel is also combined with a swimming pool plus playground and the view is really cool. The plus is that you can also have dinner besides breakfast.. TOP, keep going..

First time to this hotel & really amazed because from the lobby it was clean & fragrant, once in the room it turned out to be as clean & tidy. What made me the happiest, because it immediately connected to the hotel Wi-Fi & it was very smooth. In the room there was a smart TV & you can watch YouTube. The bathroom was provided with 2 towels, a mat, soap, shampoo, 2 pairs of sandals, and a shower kit. The shower was strong. Hot & cold water worked well. There was a prayer mat & Al-Quran (plus point). All the staff smelled good, neat, and super friendly (plus point). There was a hot water kettle including tea, coffee, creamer, and sugar. The AC was super cold, lol. Awesome, love it!!! ❤️

Definitely one of the most comfortable Hotel, friendly and very helpful staff especially Kak Adel and Kak Tya. Near Alun² and in the center of Batu Malang. Has a great view of surrounding mountains. I think this is one place to stay that will surprise you. The price is not expensive, but the rooms are spacious, with minimalist decoration, so it feels even more spacious. Apart from being spacious, the rooms are neat and clean. This hotel will clearly be your first consideration if you travel again to ITS and its surroundings. Hopefully it's not fully booked.

Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work.
The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent.
The staff and security were friendly.
Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
