I feel so lucky to get this place hehe highly recommend for those who want to go to Batu, visit the Museum Angkut/Jatim Park, the location is close. The atmosphere is cool, the room is big, the bed is big, the bathroom is also spacious 👍🏽 the staff are friendly and very helpful. For breakfast, it's standard, it's still okay. A stopover hotel before continuing our trip to Bali.
Quite pleasant.
I chose a deluxe room on the first floor in front of the swimming pool.
The room is spacious, with a spacious bathroom, hot water working well, the AC is cool and functioning well, there's a mini fridge, and you get two bottles of mineral water, tea, sugar, coffee, and toiletries.

the place is really really comfortable for just transit, privacy is very awake, I'm the kind of person who sleeps other than in my own room usually it's difficult or even impossible at all but yesterday even if it was just a short time I was able to sleep 🥹 recommended! The number 1 short escape place when you want to be alone heheh. I like the theme, even when you're alone the room isn't scary. There's a mini space to sit outside the room. It's still very comfortable at night, not scary. It's also not far to the bus stop. There's a minimarket next door and across the street

Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Best Western Papilio Hotel
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, and the location is also convenient for walking to the surrounding culinary scene. For convenience, I think I'll stay here often when I visit Surabaya.

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work.
The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent.
The staff and security were friendly.
Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
