The staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The room is very large and clean. My 5 days in KL were very comfortable. Bukit Bintang and Alor are very close, and finding food is very easy. The gym and pool facilities are excellent. I will definitely come back to stay here again. 👍❤️

I booked a 1-bedroom unit for just one night, but the owner surprised me with a free upgrade to a spacious and luxurious 2-bedroom apartment. The kindness and hospitality were truly beyond expectations. The unit was extremely clean, beautifully designed, and had an amazing view of Kuala Lumpur. Every stay here feels comfortable, safe, and premium. Whenever I visit KL, this is always my first choice. The service, location, and overall experience are unmatched. The owner is very generous and attentive, and I genuinely appreciate how well they take care of guests. InshaAllah, one day I hope I can afford to own a condo in this beautiful building. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home but with a luxury hotel vibe, I highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it!

The location is very strategic, right next to Lot 10, across from Pavilion, with lots of food stalls in front of the hotel, and close to the MRT. Check-in and check-out are easy. The rooms are always cleaned. I had a triple room with a king-size bed and a single bed, perfect for two adults and two young children.

Alhamdulillah the first day of staying here, overall everything was fun. The room was clean and complete. The location is close to everywhere. The staff are really helpful to accommodate our stay, such a pleasant stay at Pavilion, and thanks for all the compliments provided by Pavilion Hotel. The breakfast variants are quite a lot, you can choose local or western style. Since it's located in the middle of Bukit Bintang area, you can go around so easily, to the mall, food stalls, even for transportation in a minute. Will definitely be back to stay a little bit longer.

The studio was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen and laundry facilities. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to TRX Mall. The facilities on the 10th floor are excellent—the swimming pool offers a lovely view (swimming near sunset was especially enjoyable), and the gym is clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful, and when the Wi-Fi was slow, they responded quickly and provided a new network that worked perfectly. We would happily stay here again.

The Alfa Bangsar by City Keys
Alfa Bangsar by Citykeys is in the same building as Holiday Inn. Check-in is very easy, just go to the apartment lobby. Spacious room. There is a big TV, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, and cutlery. All are very clean. Wi-Fi speed up to 200 Mbps. The distance to the LRT is also close, about 8 minutes walk. Car parking is also free.
