This hotel boasts an excellent prime location—just a walking distance to multiple malls and surrounded by highly recommended food spots in Kuala Lumpur. From breakfast to supper, the dining options nearby are so good that I never bothered with the hotel breakfast during my stay! The service was exceptionally friendly, and taxi pick-up access was very convenient. Most importantly, the price is surprisingly budget-friendly for the Bukit Bintang area. Highly recommended for both business travelers and tourists looking for great value in a prime spot!

The place is managed by a friendly and helpful agent—thanks, Qasim! 🙌 Lobby staff don’t usually take luggage after check-out, but they helped us for 50 Ringgit (5 suitcases). Since our flight was late, it was worth it. Overall, the studio was clean, spacious, and had all the essentials. 👍

A very beautiful hotel. Staying here with my American husband and we really like the design of the hotel and we got a room facing the eco-park so everything was so refreshing. I think it is in a good location as well, near everywhere, not too far from KL Tower, KLCC or Bukit Bintang Pavilion. The neighborhood is also calm. The room is not very wide but it’s enough and it’s very clean as well. The best thing from this hotel was the service, the old male receptionist, I think he looks like an Indian, was super helpful and honest, returning our SGD when we mistook it as RM and he also helped us to print our necessary documents when we’re in need. Thank you very much for the hospitality. I really recommend this hotel if you stay in KL! Truly a fresh gem in the heart of a metropolitan city.

One of the best apartments in KLCC. This was my first time visiting this apartment, and I was very surprised with their hospitality. The staff are very kind; Mr. Muhammad is helpful and informative. About the facilities, they also have complete facilities for weekend getaways with our family of friends. The room size is big and clean. Very recommended.

For a "no-fuss" traveler, this hotel is a combo package with a reasonable price. The location is next to the KL Sentral monorail and KL Sentral station (airport bus/train, LRT), surrounded by plenty of food options and convenience stores, coin laundry beside the hotel, so we don’t have to carry dirty clothes around. The Alfa Bangsar by City Keys

Alfa Bangsar by Citykeys is in the same building as Holiday Inn. Check-in is very easy, just go to the apartment lobby. Spacious room. There is a big TV, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, and cutlery. All are very clean. Wi-Fi speed up to 200 Mbps. The distance to the LRT is also close, about 8 minutes walk. Car parking is also free.
