There's a junior suite room with two bedrooms, complete with a dining table and living room, making it perfect for us and the kids. Its location is right next to Mitra Keluarga Hospital in Kelapa Gading, making it very convenient for us to go there for a checkup. The hotel is also nearby the Mall of Indonesia, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants.

Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating. Location is walking distance to a big supermarket. Pool is big and deep for proper swimming - enjoyable! The hotel is wheelchair friendly, which is very convenient for family. Restaurant food and drinks were excellent and tasty, although breakfast can be improved with simple local options, such as kacang hijau, kacang hitam, kukusan (ubi, pisang), etc.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The building is quite old, and some of the interiors look worn. The gym only has two treadmills, a stationary bike, a set of dumbbells, and a yoga mat. The location is quite good, with many restaurants across the street.

The hotel is fine, though there is one thing that irks me. I checked in very late at night and the basement parking was full of thick, diesel-smelling smoke. This was both alarming and made the smell of diesel stick to your clothes. The other hotel facilities are fine, but the parking lot was very disappointing.
