This staycation at this hotel was even better than the previous one. I've stayed here three times, and yesterday was even better than the previous one. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and had bolder flavors. The room was tidy, the air conditioning was cool, the bathroom was clean, and the pool and surrounding area were clean. Thank you to the entire management of EL Hotel Kelapa Gading.

I booked for two adults and one child, but I only got two towels, and additional towels were charged, even though I'd already noted there were children. The hallway smelled like an old, hot house. The balcony was also incredibly dirty.

Enjoyed my staycation at El Hotel. I brought my family from Medan to stay at El Hotel Kelapa Gading because of the cleanliness, friendliness of the security, receptionists, and other staff, the comprehensive breakfast, and delicious food. Recommended! Just a suggestion: keep the pool clean, and especially for those swimming, it's recommended to wear swimwear. Thanks in advance.
