The room was full of ants, too small, and the AC was noisy. I've asked to change rooms twice, but the same thing happened. The pool was dirty, and access to the outdoor area was limited.

We stayed in the Junior Suite with my parents and two kids. It was very spacious with two bedrooms, a sofa bed, and a pantry, perfect for a family. The next day my kids and I moved to a Deluxe Room and also enjoyed it. The swimming pool was great and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the underground parking, which was a bit uncomfortable for us. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
