The hotel is great because it's very close to GBK and Sudirman, so you can jog to Sudirman or GBK in the morning. And best of all, the hotel is connected to a mall, so you don't have to worry about finding food. The only downside is that the towels in the room didn't seem clean enough; they could have been replaced, and the room wasn't what I expected; the view was of the attic.

The hotel facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly, but the problem after check-in was that it took a really long time to get my room. This is my second time staying here, and yesterday it really took a long time to get into my room. I've explained to the receptionist that the room hasn't been cleaned by the housekeeping team yet. But why did it take so long, even though I checked in around 12 noon? Thankfully, the staff are friendly and always explain things. Other than that, I think the facilities, food in the restaurant, and service were all excellent. My suggestion: next time, please clarify the estimated time from room cleaning to check-in so guests don't have to wait too long. Thank you.
