The hotel facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly, but the problem after check-in was that it took a really long time to get my room. This is my second time staying here, and yesterday it really took a long time to get into my room. I've explained to the receptionist that the room hasn't been cleaned by the housekeeping team yet. But why did it take so long, even though I checked in around 12 noon? Thankfully, the staff are friendly and always explain things. Other than that, I think the facilities, food in the restaurant, and service were all excellent. My suggestion: next time, please clarify the estimated time from room cleaning to check-in so guests don't have to wait too long. Thank you.

Came to check in at 14.00, only able to enter the room at 16.30 with the excuse that the room wasn't ready yet and was still being cleaned, waiting 2.5 hours was tiring, many guests complained about the same fate
