I would like to complain about my check-in experience. I made a reservation through the app for approximately Rp2,200,000 for a Harris Deluxe Room with a King Bed. We arrived around 1:00 PM and, understanding that check-in time might not be available, were willing to wait until 2:00 PM. However, after 2:00 PM, the room was still unavailable. We were then asked to wait another 30 minutes. After waiting until around 2:30 PM, we still received the same response that the room was not ready. Ultimately, the room was only provided after 3:00 PM. We had come from out of town and had traveled a long distance and were tired, so we definitely needed some time to rest. We understand that early check-in is not possible, but we find it very disappointing that even after the official check-in time of 2:00 PM, the room was still unavailable and we had to wait for over an hour without any clear confirmation. With a reservation price of around Rp2,200,000, we expected better service and room readiness. I request that management provide an explanation for this delay and consider appropriate compensation or solutions to address the inconvenience we have experienced. Thank you.

We understand that after a long journey from out of town and feeling tired, you expect a comfortable rest upon arrival at the hotel. We understand that you booked a Harris Deluxe Room with King Bed through the application and arrived around 1:00 PM. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience in waiting until the official check-in time of 2:00 PM. Therefore, we understand your disappointment when the room was not ready after 2:00 PM, and you had to wait again until approximately 2:30 PM, and finally the room was ready after 3:00 PM. Such a situation certainly does not meet the expectations and standards of service we strive to provide to all our guests. While there are room preparation procedures that need to be completed before a room is ready for guests, we understand that delays after the official check-in time can be resolved with better communication, clearer information, and offering assistance or alternative options so that guests do not feel like they have to wait for an extended period. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not reflect the level of service and comfort we strive for. We have taken your feedback regarding check-in, room availability, and communication during the waiting period very seriously. This will be presented to management and the relevant team for evaluation and improvement. We understand your expectations regarding compensation or resolution of the inconvenience. Hotel with the best view, Instagrammable. Got the 45th floor. Often full and hard to find during certain times. Must book well in advance. Wanted to stay 4 days but couldn't get it, only got 2 days, and even then, it was full for the next week. It was during a long school holiday. 🥰

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the staff are very friendly. It's in a strategic location. The only downside is that the parking area is connected to the mall, so parking can be quite congested and congested during busy times. Otherwise, my stay was very satisfying.

This is my second stay here. I like it because it's close to everything, especially GBK. I can go for a morning or evening run between activities. Great view, delicious food. Plenty of food, too, since it's connected to the mall. We stayed in the Unique View Semanggi room. The downsides are the small pool and no pool attendant.
