ibis Milano Centro

Very nice

The hotel is located close to the main shopping streets and transport links. It's a great place to tour in Milan.

Just wished it was bigger, older building with some maintenance issues, elevator too small , button not working when you are in a hurry to leave with large suitcases! , breakfast was too expensive for what you are offering!

Location and breakfast was top mark. But otherwise very basic room with no supplies, a bit student accommodation vibe. Bed very comfortable to sleep in though! Bought water at the bar downstairs which is great and also top up my hot water flask there. Facing courtyard and it was noisy at night.one of the two nights I stayed there we got woken up at 3am by false fire alarm but there was no staff coordinating the crowd or explaining what was happening at all at the lobby- in true student dorm spirit. Would stay only as last resort looking for nothing but a bed to sleep in.

About 15 min walk from M Central Station. Hotel ok for 1 night, rooms incredibly hot as air con not switched on yet due to Italian environmental rules.( was overly warm for the time of year apparently) very noisy from the tram line. Good location near metro etc.

It's in a fairly convenient location for the stazione centrale but the property itself is very lacking in character or creature comforts. At the end of the day, it's an Ibis in a city so it is what it is. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean enough with a shower and soap provided. The staff were very friendly and efficient and all spoke several languages and they made sure to be as helpful as possible. We were able to leave our bags securely with them after checking out so as not to have to carry them around all day. It was an average economy type room and just a base for visiting the city.

It’s nice and clean, room was very small but adequate. Walkable, near Milano Centrale and close to metro stations.

Very good location near Stazione Centrale. We stayed 1 night because our flight arrived very late at night, we chose it because of its location, best price in the area. It was my first night in Italy and the staff was very friendly

Good property

Restaurant closed for evening meals on the weekend was inconvenient after a long day sightseeing, there was bar food available though. Doors offered little sound proofing to the corridors. Rooms were very clean and staff were friendly and helpful

Very comfortable bed and a reasonable sized room. Nice bar and reception area where you can socialise.

It was clean, and very nice staff. Was in a loud part of town, but other than that I would recommend for a short stay!

The property is 7 blocks away from milano centrale train station.when we arrived from the airport, you can take the train, cheaper at 13 euros per person, in comparison to 120 from Malpensa. We did not know how close the hotel was took a taxi 7.60 euros from station. The hotel is well kept, the staff is very helpful, you can have dinner there and breakfast too for a fee. We ended up using the bar to eat as the sandwiches were more economical and really tasty. The employees on this two section easy to talk to and helpful. Within these distance there is a few places to grab breakfast at a very reasonable price we choose City caffe? 1 block prior to the train station. As the food at the train shops is about 4 to 5 euros more,for a croissant and a cappuccino. We also found out that after using the train, Trenort offers better rates , more economical than trainitalia. We encounter that train italia employees are stuck up and dismissive of our needs. We needed tickets for a specific location and they referred us to next door Trenord. Meanwhile trainitalia sells that specific location ticket So i suggest try Trenord first and they will help you and direct you otherwise. We visited while there Milano the town, not centrale where Duomo is by metro. Verona, lake Como, if you want Bilaggio you need a whole day here .And Lugano in Switzerland we loved it there. These like 3 take about 1.5 to get there more or less. Be aware lots of graffiti around, we had no idsues.

Long delay at check in as only 3 people working reception despite a long queue Room was large with big bathroom. Location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants

I arrived late but before arrival Expedia notified the hotel and I sent them a message through their portal. They charged me a “No Show” fee !!! The hotel has dirty to the point that I felt noxious to use the shower. staff used “I don’t care” verbiage. Never will go to Ibis again no matter where.
