The Henman crystal Sands was truly a five star experience the only negative thing that I could say was that my room was a little bit to noisy sounds like I was next to some type of pump station but other than that it was a perfect stay breakfast was phenomenal!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Amenities were nice but hair dryer was awkwardly located. In room TV was not "smart" so Youtube, Netflix, Prime, etc. is not accessible. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was just right...right on the beach and the main road close to lots of shopping, eating establishments, entertainment, and personal services.

Loved our stay here! But the staff always seems to be irritated and stressed out. Specially the staff in the reception during our check in and the staff in the restaurant.

This hotel is worth your money . Hotel is beautiful and just a very short walk to the D mall where a lot of activities are happening . Rooms are clean and beautiful The skypool and the ground pool are amazing. You will find yourselves spending a lot of your time there . Staff are kind and helpful….and very prompt with your requests Breakfast buffet is fine…. Not great , but there are a lot of options. It’s a beachfront hotel but don’t expect an ocean view from your room . Not that it matters If you are having second thoughts about this hotel … pls stop them now, you won’t regret it Also I recommend that you Use the hotel transfer . It’s not very much more pricey than the ipass or other agents . It will be convenient for you especially if you have a lot of luggage and kids and elderly in tow in the rain. You donot have to worry about your luggage until you get to the hotel as their men will carry them all the way through

I love how the pool overlooks the beach, providing beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Clean room, warm smiles from staff, excellent breakfast, amazing spa! The resort has a direct beach access, and compared to other beaches, The Lind’s beach front has a powder like sand! The ambience is very relaxing, yoga on the deck with a view is a must try! Evening visits from housekeeping to ask if you need anything is beyond exemplary! On and the pool? It feels like swimming in the horizon. Will definitely book again!

No air conditioning and the lobby.... Manager is not there supposedly he's on vacation.And the active manager sandra needs to be retraining in customer service..... Renovation is going on next door very noisy..... Check in takes forever , and you must have your hotel.com reservation so they could reconfirm.\n Your reservation, if that makes sense. Even after giving them your passport in a lobby with no air condition and no support. To help you with the internet , just handed a card and you're on your own...... And supposedly the manager sandra was there and did not say , could I help you with the internet..... Horrible experience right off the gate.Do not recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean with the best shower I've ever had at any resort. Lots of pressure. Truly a fantastic experience. The seafood buffet left a lot to be desired. The shrimp was mushy and a bit sketchy. I didn't get sick but only ate the one piece. The breakfast buffet reach morning was good and the sunsets every night were postcard worthy.
