I can’t ask for more, everything was perfect makes me don’t want to leave. The highlight of it is the infinity pool overlooking sunset. And staff is the cherry on top. They exceed beyond my expectation. Thank you hennan I will surely book on my next boracay trip.

No air conditioning and the lobby.... Manager is not there supposedly he's on vacation.And the active manager sandra needs to be retraining in customer service..... Renovation is going on next door very noisy..... Check in takes forever , and you must have your hotel.com reservation so they could reconfirm.\n Your reservation, if that makes sense. Even after giving them your passport in a lobby with no air condition and no support. To help you with the internet , just handed a card and you're on your own...... And supposedly the manager sandra was there and did not say , could I help you with the internet..... Horrible experience right off the gate.Do not recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean with the best shower I've ever had at any resort. Lots of pressure. Truly a fantastic experience. The seafood buffet left a lot to be desired. The shrimp was mushy and a bit sketchy. I didn't get sick but only ate the one piece. The breakfast buffet reach morning was good and the sunsets every night were postcard worthy.

1: Bereits beim Check-in wirkte das Personal an der Rezeption unmotiviert. Trotz vier Rucksäcken erhielten wir keinerlei Hilfe und mussten alles selbst ins Hotelzimmer tragen. 2: Der Willkommensdrink war derselbe Saft wie beim Frühstücksbuffet, was ein Witz. 3: Bis auf den Zimmerservice war das Personal grösstenteils unfreundlich und arrogant. 4: Am Strand waren die Liegen fast immer besetzt. Sobald man kurz weg war, wollte das Personal unsere Sachen entfernen. Hauptsach grosses Hotel mit einem kleinen Strandzugang und wenig Liegestühle. Defenitiv abzocke der Gäste.

ステーション２のシーフロントに有るホテルにも関わらず、ロビーまで車で入れる言う とても良い立地条件です 朝食は種類も豊富で多国籍に対応してました 部屋は快適でしたが、夜になるとシャワーのお湯がぬるくなります 部屋の備え付けのワイングラスを使ってもいないし何処に有ったのかも知らないのに 壊したと言われ、フロントスタッフと話しをし説明しても弁償しろとの一点張りで 飛行機の時間も迫り面倒なので弁償しました 良い旅、良いホテルなのに最後の最後で後味が悪く残念でした。

Location of property was excellent on beach front and near DMall with close proximity to many eateries and bars. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of food but was disappointing with the “hot” food options being cold, such as fried eggs and heated food not hot in the bain marie. Omelette station was in the corner creating major congestion, with bacon eggs sausage and people waiting on omelettes. Layout could be improved for better flow. Food was hardly topped up especially during busy times resulting in many selections being empty, resulting in a “stingie” feel Roof top infinity pool was great. Cocktails were very watered down. Housekeeping staff were great.

Had an amazing time at Henann Crystal Sands. The location was perfect, the amenities and restaurant was top notch. Their entire staff were very attentive and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. I’d stay here again when I go back to Boracay.

Had an amazing time at Henann Crystal Sands. The location was perfect, the amenities and restaurant was top notch. Their entire staff were very attentive and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. I’d stay here again when I go back to Boracay.
