Everything was very good, excellent service from the staff, everybody was very kind, accomodating & respectful, all hallways, rooms, restaurants were very neat & clean, we see staff cleaning every morning & during the day. The food is excellent from buffet to ala carte ordering/menu, drinks are all very good. Rooms are clean & we always see staff clean the pool & sweep the floor specially the hallways from the beach entrance. Overall Hennan Crystal Sands is excellent to stay in

Nice view of the pool. However, the room I booked says ‘sea view’ but it only has a partial view of the sea. There is an ongoing construction right beside the hotel as well so a bit noisy during the day. Still a great experience though. Hotel staff are friendly (except the ones at the roof bar who looked tired at 12 noon).

Henann Crystal Sands Boracay exceeded my expectations! The resort itself is stunning, the staff were so kind and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. I loved the rooftop pool especially for sunset! And the location of the hotel was perfect! A fantastic place to stay!

The only good thing about this hotel is their sky pool. The rooms and service were subpar. We also received an accusatory letter that their cctv saw unregistered guests going in our room with us which wasnt true, i called their desk and they said to disregard it. They have a charge fee if you want a massage service outside the hotel the cost of one massahe itself. I cant justify the price for the overall experience and amenities.

The room was poorly maintained — both rooms we stayed in had floors covered in dust the moment we walked in. Cleanliness was clearly neglected. The staff’s attitude was also disappointing; friendliness seemed selective, and we never once felt genuinely welcomed. It was hard to ignore the bias between us — a Filipino and Sri Lankan couple — compared to how other foreign guests were treated. The bathroom drainage was substandard for a so-called high-star resort. When we requested a room change due to ongoing construction noise, the front desk staff, Sandra, was unhelpful and insisted we pay extra. She even refused to let us speak to a manager until we demanded it, and only then did she suddenly “find” a solution — conveniently on our last night. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and the management’s lack of professionalism was unacceptable.
