The hotel is lovely and all staff were helpful and courteous. I really have nothing to complain about regarding any of the facilities or staff members however we had upgraded our room to a sea view room and due to the construction going on next door I have to say I believe our room 434 was probably one of the worst 2 rooms in the hotel and to know we had paid extra for the privilege was not good. We did move rooms after 3 days and our second room was much better however I do believe we should have been informed prior to our arrival regarding the work being carried out until 23:30 one night when I had to go and speak to reception regarding the noise at which point they had security contact the builders and the next night we arrived home from dinner at 22:30 to find a member of staff outside our room again apologising for the noise and saying he would again contact security as they should finish the noise at 17:30. I know none of the is the hotels fault but our stay was heavily impacted especially the first half by the noise you could not use the balcony as there was nothing relaxing about sitting surrounded by the noise and I'll add some pictures I also believe to call the room a sea view is a bit of a stretch I mean we could see the sea just about if you squint between the trees or zoom in on your pics so all in all I would say yes stay here but do not upgrade and wait until the hotel next door is built

We very much enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel & highly recommend staying here. I booked a room for my husband & I, and another for my elderly parents. Our check in was smooth & quick. The premier deluxe room with pool access that we were given was wonderful. It was spacious, had an extremely comfortable bed & luxurious amenities. Our stay included a daily buffet breakfast which we enjoyed. There was a varied selection of delicious local & American dishes on offer. The hotel staff, from the reception desk to the room attendants, restaurant servers & pool attendants were very friendly & helpful. Best of all was the fact that we could walk out to the beautiful white sand Boracay beach and see the sun set spectacularly every day of our stay at Henann!

Avoid this resort at all costs. The rooms are run-down and poorly maintained, and the way guests are treated is simply unacceptable. The staff are rude, unwelcoming, and made us feel like a nuisance rather than paying customers. We accidentally broke a plate and were immediately charged 200 PHP, with no understanding or courtesy whatsoever. The only reason this place gets even one star is the airport pickup. Despite the unfriendly attitude when we arrived, the transport itself worked fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and friendly when you meet them – unfortunately, they are the exception. The neighboring hotel is under construction, so there is constant noise around the pool area. There are also only about 15–20 sun loungers on the beach for a resort of this size, which is far from adequate. There are far nicer hotels along the beach. I cannot speak for their service, but it is hard to imagine it being worse than what we experienced here.

Dette passer ikke til et 5 stjerners hotell. Frokosten var elendig med kun svart kaffi som stod på en kokeplate. Ikke smør, ikke tomater og veldig lite grønnsaker. Dårlig organisering av bordene ute, som ble tatt av andre mens man forsyner seg med mat. Bassengområdet på taket var flott, men det ble ødelagt av at de spilte altfor høy musikk. De ansatte var veldig vennlige, men de manglet opplæring.

Staff not supportive. Couldn’t get a beach/pool towel because I couldn’t check in until 3pm and I arrived at 8am, so I figured they accommodate guess going to the beach during that time. I was told there would be no assistance provided if the tropical stormed progressed to the point that flights are cancelled or extensively delayed and I would still have to check out at 12pm. When I returned to the resort from the beach one evening the security person asked me my room number but didn’t ask the couple in front of me. Asking for the room number was a constant thing here like I wasn’t a guess. The food at sapphire hotel restaurant was subpar and they have signs all over that say no leftover food or you’ll be fined 300php. There’s also no place for outside food. The room and facility quality doesn’t look like pictures! Moldy shower. The part that bothered me the most is I placed the do not disturb light on for no room cleaning as I am particularly. Someone came in anyway turned off the do not disturb light, folded my pajamas and placed them on the dirty stained carpeted bench then took my personal pillowcase off their pillow must’ve thought about it and put it back on inside out. When I called the front desk to inquire the receptionist was not polite. She was trying to find ways to blame me and wouldn’t let me speak. I had to ask her to let me speak. Found out I did use it correctly, so why were they in the room. Felt totally uncomfortable the entire time!

Nice hotel with high end features, great pools, friendly staff and a great location. The hotel is looking a bit rough around the edges as there appears to be some deferred maintenance like on the roof overhangs and some room features. Nothing that takes away from the stay or is truly broken.

The hotel is lovely and all staff were helpful and courteous. I really have nothing to complain about regarding any of the facilities or staff members however we had upgraded our room to a sea view room and due to the construction going on next door I have to say I believe our room 434 was probably one of the worst 2 rooms in the hotel and to know we had paid extra for the privilege was not good. We did move rooms after 3 days and our second room was much better however I do believe we should have been informed prior to our arrival regarding the work being carried out until 23:30 one night when I had to go and speak to reception regarding the noise at which point they had security contact the builders and the next night we arrived home from dinner at 22:30 to find a member of staff outside our room again apologising for the noise and saying he would again contact security as they should finish the noise at 17:30. I know none of the is the hotels fault but our stay was heavily impacted especially the first half by the noise you could not use the balcony as there was nothing relaxing about sitting surrounded by the noise and I'll add some pictures I also believe to call the room a sea view is a bit of a stretch I mean we could see the sea just about if you squint between the trees or zoom in on your pics so all in all I would say yes stay here but do not upgrade and wait until the hotel next door is built

We very much enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel & highly recommend staying here. I booked a room for my husband & I, and another for my elderly parents. Our check in was smooth & quick. The premier deluxe room with pool access that we were given was wonderful. It was spacious, had an extremely comfortable bed & luxurious amenities. Our stay included a daily buffet breakfast which we enjoyed. There was a varied selection of delicious local & American dishes on offer. The hotel staff, from the reception desk to the room attendants, restaurant servers & pool attendants were very friendly & helpful. Best of all was the fact that we could walk out to the beautiful white sand Boracay beach and see the sun set spectacularly every day of our stay at Henann!

Avoid this resort at all costs. The rooms are run-down and poorly maintained, and the way guests are treated is simply unacceptable. The staff are rude, unwelcoming, and made us feel like a nuisance rather than paying customers. We accidentally broke a plate and were immediately charged 200 PHP, with no understanding or courtesy whatsoever. The only reason this place gets even one star is the airport pickup. Despite the unfriendly attitude when we arrived, the transport itself worked fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and friendly when you meet them – unfortunately, they are the exception. The neighboring hotel is under construction, so there is constant noise around the pool area. There are also only about 15–20 sun loungers on the beach for a resort of this size, which is far from adequate. There are far nicer hotels along the beach. I cannot speak for their service, but it is hard to imagine it being worse than what we experienced here.

Dette passer ikke til et 5 stjerners hotell. Frokosten var elendig med kun svart kaffi som stod på en kokeplate. Ikke smør, ikke tomater og veldig lite grønnsaker. Dårlig organisering av bordene ute, som ble tatt av andre mens man forsyner seg med mat. Bassengområdet på taket var flott, men det ble ødelagt av at de spilte altfor høy musikk. De ansatte var veldig vennlige, men de manglet opplæring.
