Boutique hotell i gamlebyen, god frokost. Vi spiste middag 2 kvelder, utmerket italiensk kjøkken, men savnet thaimat på menyen, så vi fikk god anbefaling fra resepsjonen om hvor vi burde spise. God shuttelservise med hotellets biler til en rimelig pris. få senger ved bassenget. Hyggelig og tjenestevillig personale.

Perfekt gelegen in, aber trotzdem am Rande der Altstadt. Von dort hat man alle Möglichkeiten, Chiang Mai unsicher zu machen. Sehr guter Service, toller Nachmittagstee mit kleinen Speisen. Zimmer etwas hellhörig, aber man ist halt mitten im Gedränge.

Struttura molto bella e curata, purtroppo con un servizio e management non all’altezza. Attenzione alle camere pari nell’ala 2 (noi avevamo la 2104) si affacciano su altra proprietà privata che ha parecchi cani (almeno 4 ma forse di più) che abbaiano di continuo tutta la notte. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza. Nella nuova stanza (sempre ala 2 ma numero dispari) abbiamo avuto un problema di acqua calda per tutto il giorno (docce fredde per tutti). Una sera abbiamo ordinato cibo che non è mai arrivato e alla fine abbiamo rinunciato. La sera successiva, pur avendo prenotato con 24 ore di anticipo, non avevano tenuto il tavolo e abbiamo aspettato oltre 40 minuti per sederci. Peccato, buon potenziale, ma non all’altezza di un 5 stelle.

Everything was great… The reception when we arrived, the rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was great each morning. Any request was immediately accommodated. Only small, tiny critique… Put an iron table and iron in each room. 😊 10/10 stay!!

Check in and out was smooth, staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone who we interacted with knew how to speak English. Our included breakfast was delicious and made quickly after ordering. Our room was clean and they provided free bottled water. All the important markets were within 1.5 miles or less from the hotel. I would definitely stay again!

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant (food was excellent) , hospitalities and all the amenities though the barking dogs and the rooster noises from surrounding areas can be disruptive at some nights.

주차공간이 매우 협소합니다~5성급이라고 하기엔 시설,규모가 조금 큰 모텔 수준이구요~룸 인테리어는 나쁘지 않으나 공간 효율성이 좀 떨어지는 편이구요~솔직히 다시 그 돈 주고 가고 싶지는 않습니다~

We booked a premium room in the heritage building with a balcony. On arrival they put us in a room in the back corner on the bottom floor. This room had no windows and the “balcony” was a cement patio with no seating and no sunlight. When we complain initially, we were told that that was our only option. In no way did this room resemble what was depicted on the website. It took us complaining to Expedia and having them intervene until we were offered a refund for a first night and room on the top floor with windows and a view. I have to give them credit For making up for it and crediting us for the one night however we only got it after we complain. The food here is marginal at best although they try to offer for five star service. The preparation of the food left much to be desired, but the presentation was excellent. All in all there are better places to stay for the money.

This is my second time in Thailand so I’ve stayed in my fair share of hotels across the country, and this was by far and away the best place I’ve ever stayed. The staff is warm and accommodating. They were able to help us book all the things we wanted to do easily, and always greeted us with a friendly smile. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend having a soak in the bathtub! The breakfast is delicious, and the lunch and dinner is not bad either if you dont feel like leaving. There are tons of extra amenities like happy hour and the pool that we did not take advantage of but looked incredible. This is a great hotel in the heart of old town. Would absolutely stay here again.
