Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort

Quarto muito confortável porém o sofá estava todo manchado , funcionários extremamente gentis e prestativos , estrutura do hotel excelente porém a área da praia em frente ao hotel estava imunda , um contraste com a limpeza dos demais ambientes

Arrived at hotel around 10pm, got the free airport shuttle which was quick and convenient. Check-in was fast and simple, staff quickly made us feel very comfortable and immediately in vacation-mode. Bellhop gave us ride in a golf cart with bags through the beautiful grounds to our room. Stunning. We were hungry and were told they offer 24/7 room service. After some trial and error we found the digital room service menu and were slightly disappointed to find the options limited to only 6 items. We ordered three of them. Without going into too much detail, let's just say: two of them were not up to standard, which was disappointing due to the hefty price of the "late night menu." We informed the desk and they collected the food. The next morning at breakfast a staff member approached us and offered her apologies about the food service incident the previous night. She even offered us a complimentary bottle of champagne to make up for the issue. She was beyond excellent. My girlfriend and I decided to extend our stay an additional night based soley on how that one staff member went above and beyond to make things right. She was the gold standard for hospitality. The hotel is beautiful, pool closes at 8pm which seemed a little early for such a beautiful resort. Hot tub would be nice for a late night romantic soak. Not much bad to say other than that one incident. Everything else was premium. Staff was exceptional. Highly recommend; just maybe stick to the normal restaurant menu ;)

Beautiful property. Your money can’t have any marks on it if you want to exchange currency. You have to be on time with the shuttles.

Best breakfast experiêncie in Phu Quoc Island. The options cover out different Ásia culture. Amaizing oportunity to discover new tastes and recepies. My congratularions to f&b team

At the outset- Pullman Phu Quoc has a wonderful staff I cannot remember all names ( but all the staff are kind empathetic and accommodating) To name a few An, Nhi,Hong Than at the restaurant , Nhi at reception, the manager himself and also the Nurse Our kid fell ill during the trip the nurse came to the room and also came with us to the clinic outside the resort for more than 4-5 hours . Stayed and helped us all the way during our stay The staff sent the breakfast to our room as we could not go to breakfast ( freshly prepared vegetarian food ) The manager even sent our kid a get well soon with fresh fruits The facilities are also good ( we could not do justice) the beach swimming pool the splash area for kids , the kids club , free bicycle , I might have missed out something but will definitely recommend and also come back in the future

Tolles Hotel und sehr schöner Strandabschnitt. Direkte Umgebung keine Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Jedoch mit Grab und Hotelshuttle als im Radius von 20 Minuten schnell erreichbar.

Beautiful hotel and great service

Beautiful property, great service. Breakfast buffet was amazing, pool and beach were both great with lots of amenities. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, however I didn’t feel like it was cleaned very well while we were there. It was also cleaned very late, we never got enough towels, always had to call for me and felt like the floor wasn’t cleaned properly as it had sand on the ground. But overall really great resort and definitely recommend staying there while in Phu Quoc.

Great hotel

Un peu éloignée de la ville. Mais pour se reposer impeccable. Très bons restaurant. Petit déjeuner formidable. On a pas envie de quitter l’hôtel. Disque jockey sur le bar de la plage. Très bonne ambiance. Le personnel impeccable et serviable.

施設は清潔感があり良かった。 ホテルで無料バスはありますが、本数が少なく、また情報も少なく、違うバスに乗ってしまった。 その他の交通機関がない為、移動はタクシーしかないのが少し残念だった。

너무 깨끗하고 수영장이 너무 예쁘네요. 비치바도 너무 좋고 식당 음식도 다 괜찮아요. 방도 깔끔하고 전체적으로 잘 관리되어 있습니다.

Beautiful resort with luxurious feel and excellent facilities. Seemed a bit rigid with Hotel rules and overall vibe lacked fun.

房間空間大，活動地點好

이불이 꿉꿉하긴 했으나 에어컨을 계속 가동하여 괜찮아졌습니다. 조식은 비슷한 메뉴가 3일내내 나왔으나 망고가 있어 너무 좋았습니다. 첫날 제외하고 계속 망고가 있었고 직원들이 친절하였습니다. 버기도 부르면 10분안에 오구요. 수영장 썬베드에서 큐알코드 스캔으로 바로 커피를 주문해서 마셨는데 너무 편리하였습니다. 재방문할 생각이 들정도로 호텔 컨디션이좋았습니다.

모든면(친절,청결..)에서 최고였읍니다. 푸꾸옥 북부,남부에 이어 마지막 2박3일 이였는데 다시금 가족여행을 이 호텔로 오거 싶어 계획해 볼려구요. 직원분들의 상냥한 미소가 오래 생각날겁니다.

Fantastisk hotell! Eneste minus er området rundt som er ganske tomt. Ingenting å utsette på selve hotellet. Solid frokost og rom!
