Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort

Amazing stay at the Pullman Phu Quoc. Beautiful resort, great atmosphere, and Mad Cow restaurant was excellent. A special thank you to Giau for her attentive, thoughtful service - she made our stay feel truly special. Would happily return!

We stayed at the Pullman for seven nights and we couldn’t fault it. We stayed in the Cabana and while we didn’t actually use the semi private pool, to have the option and the additional space was great. We travelled with our 21 month old who thoroughly enjoyed the main swimming pool, splash pad and the private beach. The beach had lots of toys that he was able to borrow to keep him occupied and there was also a garden area where he played with the giant connect four. The pool itself was big enough that we were always able to find space. The food was good too. We enjoyed room service a couple of times, had their breakfast buffet and their a la carte breakfast at the Mad Cow and while the options in the latter were limited, the quality of the food was high (we had steak most mornings for breakfast). The breakfast buffet was large and varied and again, of good quality. Having booked the Cabana, we had a few perks like additional credit to use at the restaurants, unlimited selected drinks during their happy hour, etc which was a nice bonus. The biggest positive of the trip though were the people. The staff at the hotel were super friendly, warm and accommodating of us and especially our toddler. They entertained him to give us time to eat in peace, they were patient with his requests for more juice or more watermelon lol and were super efficient in seating us at our tables, giving us more drinks, asking us if we needed assistance. They made our week long stay so worthwhile!

From the easy pick up at the airport, to the expedient check in service, my experience was amazing. My room was incredible, the food delicious, and the staff were friendly and inviting. I wish my stay was longer.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were all so lovely and could not do enough to help us during our stay. The cabana room was fantastic - very spacious, well equipped and with a lovely outside area with pool access. The beach and pool were beautiful with plenty of beds and towels available. The food was really good in all of the restaurants, especially mad cow. Having complementary access to the daily connectivity hour, with free drinks and canapés, was a lovely unexpected touch. Overall we had a truly wonderful stay. A special thank you to Lam who looked after us at breakfast each morning and ensured we had a great table, as well as Ryan, Phuc and Xoan who kept the drinks flowing at the connectivity hour.

Service was great. Han, who helped me check-in was very friendly, thorough and informative.

The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok.

Great service

Arrived at hotel around 10pm, got the free airport shuttle which was quick and convenient. Check-in was fast and simple, staff quickly made us feel very comfortable and immediately in vacation-mode. Bellhop gave us ride in a golf cart with bags through the beautiful grounds to our room. Stunning. We were hungry and were told they offer 24/7 room service. After some trial and error we found the digital room service menu and were slightly disappointed to find the options limited to only 6 items. We ordered three of them. Without going into too much detail, let's just say: two of them were not up to standard, which was disappointing due to the hefty price of the "late night menu." We informed the desk and they collected the food. The next morning at breakfast a staff member approached us and offered her apologies about the food service incident the previous night. She even offered us a complimentary bottle of champagne to make up for the issue. She was beyond excellent. My girlfriend and I decided to extend our stay an additional night based soley on how that one staff member went above and beyond to make things right. She was the gold standard for hospitality. The hotel is beautiful, pool closes at 8pm which seemed a little early for such a beautiful resort. Hot tub would be nice for a late night romantic soak. Not much bad to say other than that one incident. Everything else was premium. Staff was exceptional. Highly recommend; just maybe stick to the normal restaurant menu ;)

Beautiful property. Your money can’t have any marks on it if you want to exchange currency. You have to be on time with the shuttles.

At the outset- Pullman Phu Quoc has a wonderful staff I cannot remember all names ( but all the staff are kind empathetic and accommodating) To name a few An, Nhi,Hong Than at the restaurant , Nhi at reception, the manager himself and also the Nurse Our kid fell ill during the trip the nurse came to the room and also came with us to the clinic outside the resort for more than 4-5 hours . Stayed and helped us all the way during our stay The staff sent the breakfast to our room as we could not go to breakfast ( freshly prepared vegetarian food ) The manager even sent our kid a get well soon with fresh fruits The facilities are also good ( we could not do justice) the beach swimming pool the splash area for kids , the kids club , free bicycle , I might have missed out something but will definitely recommend and also come back in the future
