5 star hotel in Phu Quok. Very large hotel complex, so don't expect very personal service. No one in the staff really remembers your name or recognises you here. They do their best to deliver what you ask for, but you're rarely positively surprised. The breakfast buffet could have had more bread assortments, the orange juice unfortunately tasted a bit watered out, OK egg station. Gym was ok. Not very clear water in the ocean here during our visit, so we mostly hung out by the pool.

Overall great experience

We stayed at the Pullman Hotel for one week as a family of four—two adults and two children aged seven and nine. The location is excellent, only about a 15-minute drive from the airport, which made arrival and departure very convenient. The hotel is five-star, fresh, and modern, and we stayed during the high season just after New Year. The facilities are very good, with an exceptional pool area and great pool bars. The beach surroundings are beautiful, and it is nice and safe to swim in the sea. We truly had a wonderful time. The staff are extremely polite, and service-minded. Overall, this is a hotel we would highly recommend to both families and couples. If there is one downside, it would be the long waiting times in the restaurants. This applied both to the restaurant, Salt & Pepper, as well as the à la carte restaurant, Mad Cow. The food quality at Salt & Pepper is medium plus—perfectly fine, with especially good grilled fish. The food at Mad Cow, however, is two to three levels higher and truly excellent. We dined there twice and enjoyed the meals very much, although on one occasion the waiting time was far too long and the dishes were served in the wrong order, which was a small negative experience. That said, the supervisor followed up with us afterward, which helped improve the overall impression and we were also offered a small gesture as compensation. Apart from this, the Pullman Hotel is a very good hotel. Also not too far from Sonasea Night market (5 min. Taxi)

Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort We enjoyed many aspects of our stay at Pullman Phu Quoc, including the facilities, the overall atmosphere, and the friendliness of the staff. However, our experience on the day of check-out was disappointing due to weak internal communication and process management. We checked out at the official time and left our luggage at the lobby, then used the swimming pool as instructed. Unfortunately, when speaking with lobby staff, we had to explain our situation again, as the information did not seem to be shared or updated internally. After swimming, we went to the lounge, where the staff told us to use the shower facilities near the pool instead. This was different from what had been previously explained, and once again we had to repeat the entire situation. This inconsistency caused understandable frustration. After raising our concern, the team apologized and allowed us to use the spa facilities for showering, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience felt far from seamless and left us uncomfortable. Later, when arranging transportation, we happened to meet Eric, who handled the situation clearly and professionally, resolving the matter without further confusion. This highlighted that the issue was not staff attitude, but rather the lack of clear internal communication and official message logging. Amazing stay at the Pullman Phu Quoc. Beautiful resort, great atmosphere, and Mad Cow restaurant was excellent. A special thank you to Giau for her attentive, thoughtful service - she made our stay feel truly special. Would happily return!

Worst experience ever. Discussed to upgrade room but the answer was really confusing. No smile at reception. Noise at rooms. Not recommended!

We stayed at the Pullman for seven nights and we couldn’t fault it. We stayed in the Cabana and while we didn’t actually use the semi private pool, to have the option and the additional space was great. We travelled with our 21 month old who thoroughly enjoyed the main swimming pool, splash pad and the private beach. The beach had lots of toys that he was able to borrow to keep him occupied and there was also a garden area where he played with the giant connect four. The pool itself was big enough that we were always able to find space. The food was good too. We enjoyed room service a couple of times, had their breakfast buffet and their a la carte breakfast at the Mad Cow and while the options in the latter were limited, the quality of the food was high (we had steak most mornings for breakfast). The breakfast buffet was large and varied and again, of good quality. Having booked the Cabana, we had a few perks like additional credit to use at the restaurants, unlimited selected drinks during their happy hour, etc which was a nice bonus. The biggest positive of the trip though were the people. The staff at the hotel were super friendly, warm and accommodating of us and especially our toddler. They entertained him to give us time to eat in peace, they were patient with his requests for more juice or more watermelon lol and were super efficient in seating us at our tables, giving us more drinks, asking us if we needed assistance. They made our week long stay so worthwhile!

Die Anlage war traumhaft, direkt in der Nähe eines Strandes mit weißem Sand gelegen. Das Hotel wurde erst vor ein paar Jahren gebaut und sieht dementsprechend auch neu und gepflegt aus. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber. Das Frühstück war das Beste, das wir in unseren drei Wochen in Vietnam hatten. Die Preise für das Mittag- und Abendessen fand ich allerdings sehr teuer im Vergleich zu dem, was man bekommt. Das Personal war wie überall in Vietnam sehr freundlich, aber der Service für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel fanden wir nicht ausreichend. Die Englischkenntnisse waren auch sehr schlecht, was für uns eigentlich kein Problem wäre, aber das erwartet man in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel.
