This is very nice hotel. The location is on the mid of island. And there is nothing in outside that you can buy (no store and market). The nearest market is the night market of sonaset. The Grab to there around 30K VND. And you can have lunch/dinner on the market will be better.

Although there were some misunderstandings on our way to check in, the bellboy solved it quickly and sincerely. It makes us feel valued. And the most important thing is that every staff at the resort is welcoming to the guests. We had a perfect experience during our honeymoon.

整體來說還不錯，地理位置離機場近但是非常偏僻，周遭沒有任何東西，下午六點前有免費的kayak可以使用很棒，餐廳食物好吃

Personeel was top, ontbijtbuffet zeer gevarieerd alsook de restaurants hadden veel keuze te bieden. Rustig hotel, altijd plaats aan het zwembad of strand, leuke hippe lounge muziek en goed (redelijk centraal) gelegen als uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen

Breakfast spread was amazing! Pool and beach areas one of the best! Beautiful rooms and attentive staff.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hotel auf Phu Quoc. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Cabana war sehr schön. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Ich kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen 12/10.

We stayed three nights at the Pullman. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Check-in was quick and pleasant, and we were offered a refreshing welcome drink. The room itself was excellent. That said, we would have preferred a better door with stronger sound insulation—the corridor noise was quite noticeable and the door let in a lot of sound. Breakfast was good, and the staff were fast and efficient. We can warmly recommend the Pullman if you’re visiting Phu Quoc.

4박5일 머물렀는데 시설이 정말 좋고 수영장도 넓어서 만족합니다.다운타운,야시장,선셋타운 가는 셔틀이 있어서 그랩 탈 일이 없엇어요. 조식에서 나오는 신선한 쥬스,과일,빵,샐러드 등 메뉴구성도 4일내내 먹어도 질리지 않았어요..다음에 가족이 다와서 머물고 싶어요^^ 직원들도 정말 친절합니다^^
