シャワーが故障していたが、辛うじて使用できた スタッフにはサービス精神は全くない

サウナ等壊れたまま放置

若干古びて見えますが、元一流ホテルだったみたいで豪華な設備でした。部屋には洗濯乾燥機があり、洗濯出来てとても助かりました。また次回も利用したいです。

3泊しましたが その間、一度も部屋のクリーニングはなく はじめからどことなく汚いです。 部屋に備え付けであった足拭きタオルもすでに泥みたいなもので汚れてました。 フロントデスクにも19時を過ぎると人がいなくなります。 19時以降にチェックインしたい人もフロント前で困っているのを何組もみました。 安価ですが値段以下です。 あまりおすすめしません。 多くの人の参考になりますように。

I was happy with the room for the price. However The tv remote hardly worked. There were just 4 x teabags for two day stay, and just enough long life milk for just 2 x cuppas. No biscuits etc. Just the very basics. Staff at check it couldn't tell me about what amenities they had.

Stayed there approx 20 yrs ago - looks like no maintenance has been done on property- room very tired curtains falling off hooks - fly screen old - mould in shower- one bin. Fridge running poorly needs replacing. Lighting in room very dull - overall needs a major upgrade to property

Water falling inside the room when ac was running. Bathroom and bedroom sheets were not changed.

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay due to an aggressive and abusive resident. After receiving a meal he was not satisfied with (and declining a full refund that was quickly offered) the resident verbally abused staff for 10 minutes using racial slurs, calling them ‘peasants’ and ‘servants’, swearing, threatening them and smashing his hands and food on the counter. A member of our party stepped in to assist the two female staff and to protect the young children in our group who were clearly very distressed by this incident, only to be threatened himself. He was also then chased and abused by this heavily intoxicated man. After throwing several pieces of furniture, worn out, he retired to bed. Not before further verbally abusing a young boy (also a resident). We were told by ‘locals’ this is a regular occurrence. Had this incident not of occurred our review would have read The staff were accommodating and were eager to assist. The check in process was easy and the restaurant and bar had excellent options for a late Sunday evening. The room was clean and well presented. Great view.

Not worth a penny. It's like the guests have to beg for any response needed from the staff/s. Very unaccomodative. Don't fall for a cheapest deal. If you like your holiday stress free, don't come to this place.

Rude staff wouldnt let me check in after 8 oclock had to sleep in the lobby as there was no after hours contact details and then at 7am the next daywhen reception opened told me i had to wait till 2 pm that day to check in even though my booking was for the night before. Couldnt understnd basic english.

The front desk looked like it hadn’t been tidied up by someone that cares in years, it doesn’t look like there is any type of annual upkeep program for the building. A good layout though. Was maybe worth it when rooms were only $100 per night.

The young man at reception was very helpful. Parking was easy. We only stayed one night, so didn’t get to use the facilities the hotel offered.

Couldn't even stay in the room. Cockroaches were massive. They were in the closet safe kitchen & under the sink the rubbish bin. Came out from under & around the back of the sofa & bed. Other bugs ame from under table base whatever they were. Infested! Nobody answered my call or replied to my msg the next day. I left msg to say I couldn't sleep there & was leaving. Mno reply. Got hold of the lady on 2nd try the next day, asked for a refund was told no no no go away & hung up. Started a complaint with Expedia it was marked urgent 19/03/26 was told would have a resolution & email within 24hrs Still waiting 25/03/26. Even if there were no bugs the basement car park & main doors are open all night. There were alot of people who were not staying there wandering around & going in & out for a look also driving in & out of the car park while I was waiting to be pucked up to leave. Did not feel safe or welk cared for

very run down - needs work and room was hard to find, locks hard to use, one room had no smoke alarm and the shower was a small drip. we were going to go to the restaurant downstairs but having to order before being seated at a computer like Macca's was very off putting. not going back. sorry
