フランクストンビーチ、ショッピングセンター（モール）から近く、ロビーのレストランとコーヒーショップも素晴らしかったです。フランクストン駅まで徒歩わずか5分です。スカイバスの乗降場はホテルの正面にあります。広々としたアパートメントルームで清潔です。

I arrived after hours and the night manager was excellent, checking me in quickly. The room was immaculate and had everything I needed. The location was great but be sure to ask for a room with a view if that matters to you because mine was of a building haha. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Aircon was really good and worked well and kept the room at a constant temperature all day and night. The hotel overall was really good and locatedin afantastic position, close to major shopping centre and also the beach. Staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Overall agreat stay and i would easily stay there again

I always stay in this hotel when I visit Franckston for business purpose. Room is very wide and conformable. Kitchen is equipped well and clean. Very near to beach and shopping mall. Good for long stay

New and modern furnishings but stains on couch and lots of seagull droppings on veranda. Sink plug was pushed down with no explanation on how to open it and no lever. Never seen this type before (an Aussie thing?) so I had to call the front desk. Why would housekeeping even keep it closed?? On the first morning, housekeeping slipped a note saying the door was locked so they couldn't go in. No duh! I was still inside! This was before 9 am. I left for the day around 9:30 and they were cleaning the room in front. One of them said my door was locked and seemed annoyed, either because she couldn't go in when she wanted to and had to write a note or because what type of lazy tourist would start their day at 9:30 in the am and delay their workflow?! But then again, maybe this is how things are in serviced apartments. Window blinds get stuck and hard pulling of the strings to open and close is needed. Seagulls screech a horrifying sound way into the early hours of the morning, which can be heard even with all the windows closed and air conditioners blasting.

On arrival there was a substance effected couple fighting in the reception area, interesting welcome. We had a studio apartment booked, which needed 2 different lifts to get to. There was an overpowering smell of vomit and cleaning product in the room. I contacted reception and they gave us another room. However this room was just a room, not a studio. There was no offer to refund the amount for the cheaper room. The windows were filthy, and the outlook was to other rooms. There was no mirror in the room besides the bathroom, no full length mirror. The furniture was mis-matched. The bed was comfortable. Would not return.

We travel 4 hours from Regional NSW every 6-8 weeks to visit family. Quest on the bay is close for our needs, easy access, secure parking and the helpful friendly staff make it so easy.
