호텔 직원의 친절함은 느낄수 없었다. 우리에게 대하는 행동 하나하나가 귀찮음 이였다. 와이파이또한 마찬가지다. 다시는 가고싶지 않다.

청소하는 시간이 있어 그때 하지 못하면 청소가 안되며 홀리데이와 겹쳐 몇일 청소가 안되어서 불편했음. 그것 이외는 만족함

Would not recommend ,room was not clean at all ended up leaving and found alternative accommodation.will not be back.

It’s was great

On arrival staff were not welcoming and could not read their own booking system. Tried to say we had not booked 2 rooms and then tried to charge again despite it being prepaid. No apology given for their errors. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself but the staff are not up to the job, am still waiting for the room deposit to be released 3 weeks later.

Convenient location to airport transportation. Front desk was very helpful!

Very tidy room, the bed was way to soft and uncomfortable.

The view of the beach was obstructed, but that didn't stop us from having a good time.

Clean room except for having a dirty cutlery insde the drawer, no beach view seen, staff are friendly, though we requested for a cutlery but was not given.

Overall the room was in good condition, though there were a couple of issues. First off one of the bedside lamps was off due to a power outlet issue and the toilet seat was loose. The staff on duty were helpful. The mattress was too soft and could be improved with a new firmer one.

On our arrival I noticed the bedside tables had not been wiped over as there was food residue on them. In between nights our sheets where not changed over 4 nights of stay. The carpets where never vacuumed and the bathroom never cleaned. If there was 4 separate couples that stayed there each day the room would have been cleaned for the new guests. The beds are terrible they're the old benial springs

This is our 4th stay at this complex in the past 5 months. Upon this stay we had no hot water in our room for showers Friday night and Saturday morning. The staff were very apologetic and I understand it’s out of their control. We travel 4 hours from regional NSW to stay at this complex to visit our daughter and new grandson, it’s close and convenient. Of the 4 times we have stayed here, 2 of our stays have been excellent. Our 1st stay wasn’t great either with no heating and a faulty tv. The Quest staff were quick to upgrade us to a new room on that occasion. We intend to visit every 4-6 weeks and Quest would be our preferred accommodation but at a 50% strike rate we may look elsewhere.

I expected a nice out look for the price and we had to walk a mile with our luggage. Probably the worst thing the bed was dipping… we stay in Melbourne often and would not stay at this property again.
