I arrived after hours and the night manager was excellent, checking me in quickly. The room was immaculate and had everything I needed. The location was great but be sure to ask for a room with a view if that matters to you because mine was of a building haha. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Aircon was really good and worked well and kept the room at a constant temperature all day and night. The hotel overall was really good and locatedin afantastic position, close to major shopping centre and also the beach. Staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Overall agreat stay and i would easily stay there again

This is our 4th stay at this complex in the past 5 months. Upon this stay we had no hot water in our room for showers Friday night and Saturday morning. The staff were very apologetic and I understand it’s out of their control. We travel 4 hours from regional NSW to stay at this complex to visit our daughter and new grandson, it’s close and convenient. Of the 4 times we have stayed here, 2 of our stays have been excellent. Our 1st stay wasn’t great either with no heating and a faulty tv. The Quest staff were quick to upgrade us to a new room on that occasion. We intend to visit every 4-6 weeks and Quest would be our preferred accommodation but at a 50% strike rate we may look elsewhere.

I expected a nice out look for the price and we had to walk a mile with our luggage. Probably the worst thing the bed was dipping… we stay in Melbourne often and would not stay at this property again.

On arrival there was a substance effected couple fighting in the reception area, interesting welcome.
We had a studio apartment booked, which needed 2 different lifts to get to. There was an overpowering smell of vomit and cleaning product in the room.
I contacted reception and they gave us another room. However this room was just a room, not a studio.
There was no offer to refund the amount for the cheaper room.
The windows were filthy, and the outlook was to other rooms.
There was no mirror in the room besides the bathroom, no full length mirror. The furniture was mis-matched.
The bed was comfortable.
Would not return.

Decent stay but couldn’t sleep due to the seagulls as it sounded like they were fighting but otherwise, convenient location. Staffs good. The room was good but the bathroom was abit tinier than i thought.

• Location is good - a lot of restaurants and some live entertainment within walking distance.
• Hidden costs - in addition to the booking cost had to pay for parking + a bond which you don't get back straight away. Space we could park in was too small for our 4WD. Husband had to crawl over passenger seat to get out!
• It was noisy - many sounds from the street, people walking outside our door and the seagulls!? I thought they slept at night!
I found staying at the Quest Frankston on the Bay was an average experience, particularly for the price.
If given the choice, we won't be staying there again.
