とにかく子供がいる方にはお勧めです。部屋も広いですし。 ただ、ホテルではなくアパートメントなのでそこを勘違いされると悪評価となるかと思います。ホテルイメージであればもう少し街中になりますね。

便利で過ごしやすかった。 タオル交換ができなかったが、希望者には無料でして欲しい。1～2日なら仕方ないが、洗濯して使った。 ビーチにも近く、センターにも近いので便利。タクシーで10ドル程度。 子供連れには最高！！プールは子供でにぎわっていた。大人のリゾートというよりファミリー向けかな！？

セキュリティーがしっかりしといて、敷地内には車が入ってこないので、小さい子ども連れには安心です。敷地内で充分遊べますし、綺麗なビーチまで歩いて10分くらいで行く事もできます。 近くにコンビニやリカーショップ、八百屋、オーガニックの店などもあり自炊するのにもとても便利でした。

Fantastic stay for kids. The rooms could use a refresh but most of the time was spent outside. The pool facilities and cafe are wonderful. Easy walking distance to woolies, chemist and the beach. Pac Fair a very short drive too. Only thing would be to request a ground floor room if you have little ones as the stairs become quite cumbersome.

We stayed at Turtle Beach as we needed 3 bedrooms and had a 3 year old with us. The pool/play areas were great and very well maintained. The unit itself was large, clean, and very comfortable. Easy 5 min walk to a supermarket, chemist etc. The onsite restaurant was very nice with enormous meals. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend . We didint mind the fact that the whole space is very dated, tired and in need of a makeover.

Beautiful property but the bed we slept on was horrible and needed replacing.

Good place to stay with kids

We loved our apartment was a little disappointed that there was no elevator, also the pools are not accessible for people with disabilities as no ramp or easy access into the water. Very family friendly enviroment

Had a fun, relaxing time. Gardens well maintained. Facilities well kept and clean. Friendly staff. Need some visitor carparks with all the road works that are happening.

Great family resort with lots of activities and pools so its not overcrowded. Close to the beach and Woolworths a shirt walk away. No lifts so 3rd floor access is a but difficult.

The room was a bit outdated, I think the TV in the lounge room could be bigger for families. For the price you pay per night i didn't think it was good value for money considering mini golf and other activities all cost us extra. The food at The Deck restaurant was great. We thoroughly enjoyed all the pools.

Great spot. Unfortunately the road works at the moment hinder your convenience to the coffee shops etc. The pools (slides not included) are unmanned by staff, which I found a little odd.

Wotif advertised wrong information. When I checked in and paid already I was told I wouldn't be receiving what I paid for. Wotif were no help and difficult to communicate with. The hotel is super dirty, I wouldn't recommend for young families.

Great place to stay with a 6 and 9 year old, the 2 bedroom apartment was a great size and had a good sized kitchen for cooking. The pools and splash zone were great for the kids and it was only a short walk down to the beach. Apartment was great on those hot nights for sleeping also. Would definitely return in the future.

The property is in a nice location, the property it self and the grounds were very well looked after and very well maintained like a tropical oasis. Our room, was clean for the most part however there was mould in the showers. As its a self-contained unit, we had to buy washing powder to wash towels and had to pay for any extra toilet paper etc. They have a washing machine and dryer in the room which was amazing and super helpful as we were there for a week. Other down side was there was only 1 ac unit in the whole 2bedroom unit. This was located in the main living area, therefore the bedrooms were very hot and stuffy but did have fans. There are no lifts at all, throughout the facility therefore we had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs and we were on the 1st floor. We have toddlers and as much as we wanted to be on the ground floor it was a blessing that we weren't as we had a balcony and the kids couldn't run off. A lot of the ground units, dont have any barriers to keep the kids in once you open your slidding door to your patio seating area.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were thoroughly unimpressed. The hotel is in dire need of renovation, with rundown rooms and poor maintenance. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. To top it off, we had cockroaches in our room! Needless to say, we won't be returning.

Lack of lifts, older couple given a third floor unit, difficulty carrying luggage to and from room. Requested before hand to be close to family but were in resort next door so too far away to be involved with daily activities with family.

This is the ideal place for a family. The splash zone keeps the kids entertained and the staff keep them safe and protected. The kids club is great. I wish they also had a teen club for the older kids.
