便利で過ごしやすかった。
タオル交換ができなかったが、希望者には無料でして欲しい。1～2日なら仕方ないが、洗濯して使った。
ビーチにも近く、センターにも近いので便利。タクシーで10ドル程度。
子供連れには最高！！プールは子供でにぎわっていた。大人のリゾートというよりファミリー向けかな！？

Overall we had a great time. My husband cut his finger pretty bad on a broken tile in one of the pools. Borderline needed a hospital visit and stitches. Staff really could have handled the situation better. Concern could have been more and the tiles were not fixed. If a child cut their finger the way he did then could have been a lot worse for a tiny finger. Property was clean. Could have been more complimentary dishwasher powder and toilet paper. 2 rolls for a family of 4 for 7 nights isn’t going to cut it. Overall though great for the kids, will return.

We loved our stay at Turtle Beach Resort. Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view overlooking the pool area and The Deck. The food and coffee from The Deck was delicious and served quickly. Although we went out most days, we could have quite easily never left the resort and still had an amazing holiday. We will be back

とにかく子供がいる方にはお勧めです。部屋も広いですし。
ただ、ホテルではなくアパートメントなのでそこを勘違いされると悪評価となるかと思います。ホテルイメージであればもう少し街中になりますね。

セキュリティーがしっかりしといて、敷地内には車が入ってこないので、小さい子ども連れには安心です。敷地内で充分遊べますし、綺麗なビーチまで歩いて10分くらいで行く事もできます。
近くにコンビニやリカーショップ、八百屋、オーガニックの店などもあり自炊するのにもとても便利でした。

Great for the younger children with the different swimming areas and mini golf. Rooms are very dated. 2 adults, stayed for 5 nights and was only given half a toilet roll of paper and had to supply your own. 2 averaged sized Coffee mugs but 1 handle was broken, should have been replaced already. Comfortable bed but only had 1 thin blanket on the bed (great for summer but we stayed during winter). Plenty of onsite parking included in your accommodation.

It's location is perfect and parking includes meant we were a short drive to so many places. The property is tired but clean and staff are lovely. Would have rated higher if the pools were heated but the heater was under repair whilst we were there so it was cold but our daughter and lots of the kids still managed to enjoy!

Pressure on shower head was great! The not so great was, waking up every morning with huge cockroaches around the house, specifically in the kitchen areas and bathroom. Apart from that, kids had a great stay & enjoyed their vacation.

I loved the accommodation it self, so clean and well maintained. I did not like the stairs and have health issues that affected me whilst carrying things up and down. The TV had no netflix which was hard to keep my 6 year old entertained during a rainy weekend. Staff for children activities seemed unenthusiastic and could have let me kids inside the art room to do class due to heavy winds and cold breeze that weekend.

I didn’t hate or love this place. There were so many good things - ie pools and slides etc. however the water was freezing in all pools so the spas were crowded. Apartment had a lot going for it, however slightly dated and no lifts. The wifi was the worst I have ever experienced with no connection ever. It seems those who frequent this place are dishonest - our daughter misplaced a hat which noone turned in. We then had a charge to our room for tennis which we did not play. We may return but only for the location once the light rail out the front is built.

Would have once been a great facility, needs a tidyup and new single beds, the springs in mattress coming through.
Plus they charged us $150 to change to a diffent room as They put us on 3rd story and elderly mum struggled with all the stairs. Reception girls said sorry, thats what it is!!

It is a great place for a young family. There is so much to do for the kids within the resort. New Woolworths metro is very close and convenient. There are lots of spaces to play and have fun. 2 bedroom units are very affordable and comfortable.

We have stayed at Turtle Beach Resort now about 5 times over the years and we do enjoy the facilities, the gardens are beautiful and well maintained, the pools are lovely. The apartments are good and spacious, unfortunately they have a bath shower and when you are in your seventies getting into the shower can be difficult nearly had a nasty fall out of the bath could have done with a handle on the wall. What disappoints me is the fact that they take $200 and put it on hold and even though we did not spend any money and have been home for a few days I still do not have access to our money. We are booked to stay at Christmas again with our daughter’s family and maybe our last as with my mobility it is getting harder to climb the stairs which is a shame because we have enjoyed our previous times at Turtle Beach Resort.
