Good accomodation environment

Very traditional furniture and a little bit old. Very expensive per night without any housekeeping service. No refill of towels, show gel, shampoo, rubbish bag.......Disappointed that some facilities were closed like kids club and game room. One good thing is the front desk ppl were nice but overall is not worth to stay.

A very comfortable resort with 2 bathrooms. We stayed for 4 nights, a very relax environment. You can find convenient store and some restaurants just opposite the resort.

It is only a few dollars by bus from airport instead of by taxi of around fifty dollar. The public transport is good in Gold Coast is good. We can go to most places with public transport. We cannot book local tour of next day. I do not know whether it is due to season or the booking arrangement of the hotel as I could book next day tour in other cities.

I liked it overall. Good water slides. Kids were very happy. Was somewhat disappointed that when we requested for late check out, they only granted us until 1030am.

We have stayed at Turtke Beach Resort now 5 times yes it is clean and the staff are friendly we just feel that it is now a little dated could do with an upgrade. I also have mobility issues and not having lifts is now a problem.

Room was really clean and comfortable with plenty of space. A number of pool areas to choose from. Bbq areas all through the resort. Woolworths walking distance. Beach a short distance across the rd was very nice and beautiful views of the high rises.

We spent a nice week at Turtle Beach Resort. Overall, the experience was ok. However, I have a few comments to mention: - Swimming pools are usually not very clean. I think they clean it every day, but the pool floors are not clean, and the pool water has many bugs and insects. - My booking says daily room service and cleaning. However, they did it only once on check-in. When I called them, they mentioned that they charge extra for room service. - Even for simple things (like rubbish bags, towels, etc.), they asked us to purchase those ourselves as they won't provide them.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, room was dated but clean and all we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly. Kids loved the different selection of activities from the pools and slides to the tennis/basketball courts to the mini putt. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Great pool

Fantastic family holiday spot with lots of pool options and great restaurant on site. Super close to a supermarket and great facilities in the family suites. Highly recommend for a family stay.

Closed half the resort which is the only reason we stayed here. No notice when we made the booking!

Check in was difficult due to lack of parking. Facilities are good.

Excellent stay. Great for families and kids. The room was very clean and had great amenities. (Would’ve been great to have a coffee machine). Several pools and lots to do for the kids. Walking distance to the beach. The current light rail works was a bit annoying for getting in and out of the resort, but we didn’t hear any works from our room. Will be great once that is operating as it will be easy to get around Golf Coast.

Family friendly, comfortable apartment, great facilities, pools, spas etc.

Great resort for families. Splash zone, pools and amenities for families are ideal. We had kids aged 7 & 3 who LOVED the water slides and pool. With a supermarket and bottle shop around the corner this is a super location and great place to stay. Highly recommended! It is no frills so suggest BYO pool towels.

Beautiful rooms with views like mini golf and find and seek, the overall feeling of peace and serenity.
