I had to go to another hotel, reservation system was down and no time given for when it was back up.

The staff were very nice and helpful. I had the best night sleep in a long time. The bed was super comfortable.

System was down so I didn't get checked in until 2 and a half hours later. Someone hit my car in the parking lot. Didn't get any sleep the first night as some random banging. Toilet paper was so thin you can see through it, mattress pad was ripped, towels where crunchy. Definitely not worth what I paid for the nights. I would like a refund for one night.

Loud in the room. Staff claimed technical difficulties while trying to find my room. Offered no compensation despite my checkin being delayed by several hours.

Everything no trouble it was a great place to stay

Room was clean and the service was very good.

The staff were excellent (friendly, helpful professional), the lobby is attractive and spacious, excellent location (close to restaurants, shopping, sky train), the room was well priced.

Room was great, very clean and staff was nice. Most importantly, Hotel was in an amazing location.

Pros: Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Cons: The placement of the toilet roll holder on the wall behind the toilet made it hard to access. The hot tub was very small, and would be better if it was swapped for the wading pool, as 4 adults barely fit in the hot tub. Overall a good stay, with lots to do locally. A short walk to the skytrain, and Metrotown.

Nice staff

The front desk receptionist was quite rude. He worked on Valentine’s Day around 4 pm. White person. The sheets weren’t washed properly. It looked like there was poo on the sheets.

The room was good. The staff was OK. We could hear the people in the next room, pretty thin walls.
