Hilton Vancouver Metrotown

The best hotel around the entire metro burnaby area. Right next to metropolis the biggest shopping mall out of the cities in BC. Great room condition, bed is firm enough(a bit close to softer side). Overall service was good. If you are traveling with cars, do the valet parking. It is only few bucks difference and it is definitely worth of buck. You get to park in the reserved area(parking shares with crystal mall and it always gets crowed mixing up with the mall customers)

생각보다 조용하고 방이 크고 깨끗했습니다. 지리적으로 전철역도 가깝고 쇼핑몰도 바로 옆에 위치해 있어서 여행하기에 매우 좋습니다. 한인식당도 근처에 위치해서 좋았습니다. 주차장도 비교적 편하게 이용했고요. 단 하나 아쉬운 것은, Complimentary water는 한번만 제공된다는 점은 알고 가세요. 생수가격이 얼마 안할건데, daily로 제공하지 않는 것은 조금 문제가 있습니다. 요구해서 받기는 했습니다.

We booked one night with two queen beds through Expedia, which showed the parking symbol in the listing. However, we didn’t realize until we arrived that parking was an additional fee per car per night. We already thought the stay was quite expensive before the parking fee. The hotel itself seems to be on the older side, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. That said, the bathroom door was completely coming apart, which was disappointing for the price. Overall, it was fine for one night, but next time we’d probably just go with an Airbnb instead.

Before taking family to a tour, it was a great place for staying. And, staffs there are very nice and friendly. Also, the front door was easy to park Uber.

Overall wonderful. The charging options in the room were not great and charged very slowly. Would have liked access to a wall outlet to plug in my own charging block near the bed.

Service very bad

Somehow, I expected more. Especially with the lounge that came with the room. That place smelled the wet cigarettes and had nothing but things that you would pick up at a gas station. There was no actual coffee in there. It was just some sort of mixture out of the machine. This stay has convinced me I don’t need to bother staying at Hilton again
