Bad experience at the restaurant on the 3rd floor

숙박하는 동안 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 다만 10박 묵는 동안 물을 2병만 제공하는 것은 아쉬웠습니다.

The best hotel around the entire metro burnaby area. Right next to metropolis the biggest shopping mall out of the cities in BC. Great room condition, bed is firm enough(a bit close to softer side). Overall service was good. If you are traveling with cars, do the valet parking. It is only few bucks difference and it is definitely worth of buck. You get to park in the reserved area(parking shares with crystal mall and it always gets crowed mixing up with the mall customers)

생각보다 조용하고 방이 크고 깨끗했습니다. 지리적으로 전철역도 가깝고 쇼핑몰도 바로 옆에 위치해 있어서 여행하기에 매우 좋습니다. 한인식당도 근처에 위치해서 좋았습니다. 주차장도 비교적 편하게 이용했고요. 단 하나 아쉬운 것은, Complimentary water는 한번만 제공된다는 점은 알고 가세요. 생수가격이 얼마 안할건데, daily로 제공하지 않는 것은 조금 문제가 있습니다. 요구해서 받기는 했습니다.

Great stay

Excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again!

Did not have breakfast, nor park. When I arrived their system was down. Huge lines to check in, although the staff handled it the best they could.

Very clean and there are lots of good restaurants around. Loved to stay!

The hotel and its staff were friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. However, I was disappointed that they couldn’t provide slippers when I requested them. I was told they had run out of stock and would provide them the next day, but they never did. The pool and hot tub were also smaller than expected. Aside from these minor issues, it was a comfortable hotel and a pleasant place to stay.

Nice and cool easy parking

It was soooo expensive for a small room with two double or queen beds. No microwave in the room. It wasn’t close the the train station or the airport which is what I was looking for, but it was all I could find. The hotel convenience store was ridiculously expensive too. Not worth it. Maybe the same price for two rooms, but still.

Charge extra when you booked from Expedia for pet free room and parking and breakfast

I booked this hotel through expedia and did not realize they had a no cancellation within 24 hours which is fine however I was suppose to drive to vancouver the day of the reservation and the roads were closed due to a forest fire on Hiway 1 , the only alternative route was 5 more hours. I could not make it on time to get to my reservation and asked that they cancel it as the road was closed and there were more fires in the area. They flatly said sorry , you find a way to get here or you lose your reservation. They said I could take an alternative route and try my luck. I even asked for a credit and they said no. If I would of tried I am risking travelling through a fire zone as well as putting on another 5 hours of travel time. They really dont know how to treat a customer. Its all about getting that last reservation in and paid for. Terrible customer service.

The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the building is a bit old, especially the bathroom, gym, and pool area. The breakfast has great selection but the quality is so so. Location is great.
