숙박하는 동안 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 다만 10박 묵는 동안 물을 2병만 제공하는 것은 아쉬웠습니다.

The best hotel around the entire metro burnaby area. Right next to metropolis the biggest shopping mall out of the cities in BC. Great room condition, bed is firm enough(a bit close to softer side). Overall service was good. If you are traveling with cars, do the valet parking. It is only few bucks difference and it is definitely worth of buck. You get to park in the reserved area(parking shares with crystal mall and it always gets crowed mixing up with the mall customers)

생각보다 조용하고 방이 크고 깨끗했습니다. 지리적으로 전철역도 가깝고 쇼핑몰도 바로 옆에 위치해 있어서 여행하기에 매우 좋습니다. 한인식당도 근처에 위치해서 좋았습니다. 주차장도 비교적 편하게 이용했고요. 단 하나 아쉬운 것은, Complimentary water는 한번만 제공된다는 점은 알고 가세요. 생수가격이 얼마 안할건데, daily로 제공하지 않는 것은 조금 문제가 있습니다. 요구해서 받기는 했습니다.

Loved the breakfast buffet! Lots to choose from and the wait staff was amazing! Sheri was very helpful and super friendly! Hotel staff were always able to help or answer questions! Would 100% stay here again!

Great location! It’s close to the SkyTrain, the mall, and plenty of food options, which made getting around really convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I really appreciated the flexibility with check-in, my flight arrived at 7:30 am, and although my room wasn’t ready right away, I was able to leave my luggage and come back later. I ended up getting my room at 1 pm, which I appreciated since standard check-in is at 4 pm. They also offer a complimentary 1-hour late check-out if you ask, which is a nice touch. Before arriving, I was able to select my room through the app, and I loved the convenience of using it as a digital key for both my room and the elevator. The room itself was clean, and I had a very comfortable sleep. One thing I would have preferred is a 24-hour gym. I didn’t realize the hours and tried to go around 4:30 am, as I’m used to hotels offering round-the-clock access. That said, I ended up going for a run around Central Park nearby, which worked out well thanks to the nice weather. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely book here again.

Really friendly staff and nice rooms, however not worth the price whatsoever. More expensive than the downtown location despite being much harder to get to, much smaller and worse rooms, and pretty mediocre views.

Staff was pretty accommodating, they noticed we had a vehicle and helped us register right away so we didn’t have to pay extra. Rooms are a bit older but the hotel has been around for over 20years

Overall it was nice and clean , well maintained, only trouble was the parking , a bit of confusing as to where to park and how many spots available.

The staff were very nice and helpful. I had the best night sleep in a long time. The bed was super comfortable.
