房間開始舊，有一定程度使用痕跡，隔音只是普通水平，床褥過軟使人睡後背酸腰酸，酒店除房間以外沒提供其他設施，過於落後和單調。

The hotel facilities are old and the air conditioning is poor，location is good。

It's the third time I've stayed at Hilton. The experience was not very good, because the room was not cleaned. The hair of the previous tenant can be seen in the bathroom and the room. There are also empty bottles that have not been picked up in the corner. Overall, it's not worth the price, very disappointed.

There’s a metal cap under the chair that has not been cleaned. And I would like to recommend setting up microwave on every floor which is more convenient.

位置很好，离天车站不远走路5分钟。旁边就是Crystal mall. 有不少中餐选择，适合华人入住。

The location is very convenient. The room is very clean and well maintained.

Loved the breakfast buffet! Lots to choose from and the wait staff was amazing! Sheri was very helpful and super friendly! Hotel staff were always able to help or answer questions! Would 100% stay here again!

Great location! It’s close to the SkyTrain, the mall, and plenty of food options, which made getting around really convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I really appreciated the flexibility with check-in, my flight arrived at 7:30 am, and although my room wasn’t ready right away, I was able to leave my luggage and come back later. I ended up getting my room at 1 pm, which I appreciated since standard check-in is at 4 pm. They also offer a complimentary 1-hour late check-out if you ask, which is a nice touch. Before arriving, I was able to select my room through the app, and I loved the convenience of using it as a digital key for both my room and the elevator. The room itself was clean, and I had a very comfortable sleep. One thing I would have preferred is a 24-hour gym. I didn’t realize the hours and tried to go around 4:30 am, as I’m used to hotels offering round-the-clock access. That said, I ended up going for a run around Central Park nearby, which worked out well thanks to the nice weather. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely book here again.

Really friendly staff and nice rooms, however not worth the price whatsoever. More expensive than the downtown location despite being much harder to get to, much smaller and worse rooms, and pretty mediocre views.

Staff was pretty accommodating, they noticed we had a vehicle and helped us register right away so we didn’t have to pay extra. Rooms are a bit older but the hotel has been around for over 20years

숙박하는 동안 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 다만 10박 묵는 동안 물을 2병만 제공하는 것은 아쉬웠습니다.
