The room was great, featuring a very comfortable bed and a good bathtub. Would suggest better coffee options for in room.
The gym had nice equipment, though the weight area felt a bit cramped. I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub said on the website it was closed but it was open! I should've planned better.
However, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the concierge offered helpful local food recommendations. Overall, a pleasant stay with comfortable accommodations and excellent service.

Great staff, safe facility, cleanliness was very obvious not only in our room but the whole facility overall. This has been my second visit and will definitely come back here next time I we visit Vancouver/Burnaby area.

Didn’t like the fact that booking through Expedia puts us to another tier of class, lower class. We were told during check in that we will not be offered any sort of upgrade whatsoever because we booked through Expedia.

Dirty bathroom floor. Elevator not working. I was stuck in one that had not been working properly but management hadn't put an out of service sign or barriers.
Ice machine on our floors was out of order. The one on the next floor was discharging ice all over the floor.
The underground parking is extremely busy and frequently backed up. At $22 per night it was frustrating to deal with.
Overall i expected more from a Hilton.

Hotel was overbooked. While they accommodated us in a different hotel, we were looking for next to metropolis and had plans accordingly. Staff was nice, but overall experience was inconvenient.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet. The parkade was difficult to navigate with tight corners , which was really the only negative . We liked the location especially a 10 minute walk to Central Park, a short walk to Saveon foods.

Very convenient location. So many places to see and visit within very short distance. Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Had a little trouble with the a/c, but a call to the receptionist fixed it.

So close to so much food (and shopping and skytrain)! It’s a little dated and rundown, but staff were efficient and friendly, and everything was really clean and quiet. We had a very fun and comfortable stay.
