ホテルから徒歩で行けるところも多く、日も長いので夕方涼しくなってから、散歩に出かけるのにも便利でした　また、部屋で一日中滞在していても、キッチンもあるので、快適に自分達のペースで過ごすことができます

I stayed in this hotel for four day.I enjoyed swimming,playing billiards with my daughter.The kitchen is very convenient to cook.Thanks the staff！

Staff and location were excellent!!! Staff was friendly and the location was reasonably close to downtown Victoria which we loved. Unfortunately we ran into a situation when we first arrived. Bath robes were missing, trash hadn't been properly taken out, and there was a particular smell in the bedroom which we aired out throughout the night. These were small details we could have easily overlooked, but what was a real bummer was a water bubble that was growing in the ceiling over our heads in the shower. This could have easily gone wrong if the bubble had burst while we were showing. They were able to move us into a bigger and nicer room which was sweet, but because it was a short trip it would have been nice to not have gone through these inconveniences in the first place as they took time away from our trip. Don't usually write hotel reviews like these, but I think this one was a must. For the price and location, it might just be worth it. Just scan your rooms beforehand...

Clean, affordable, close to everything. Perfect spot for a couple of nights.

I really don’t have much to say. Our flight was canceled and so we couldn’t get there. We prepaid our trip and they were unwilling to offer any support/refund.

I am not sure if it was Expedia or the hotel, but when we arrived, we were told they were sold out for that night and had no room booked for us. The front desk lady was very helpful, found a suite for us, and told us about all the amenities the hotel offered. The proximity to Victoria's inner harbour is excellent; we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, and there was parking for our car.

While it is a hotel that has kept its yesteryear ambience, it is well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet.

Very nice room. Clean, quiet, nice decor if you like a toned down vibe. No weird smell at all! I will stay here again.

The room was clean and basic but there was no air conditioning and it has an old musty smell. The pool and the hot tub were clean and not busy at all. However, for $350 a night not even in peak season, I would expect more.

No breakfast. BLOOD on the wall in bedroom and headboard. I spoke with the manager who asked if i wanted it cleaned or another room. I said i wanted to go to another hotel and she told me that since it was 20 minutes after checkout, id only get charged gor the 2 nights i stayed if i left now. WOW. I spoke with expedia CS and i was told id get a credit of 150 points on mu account. Im mot sure what that is worth but i still have yet to see it in my account

Loved the location and games room. Fun place for the family to hang out.

No AC.weird smell was in room

Great location, well equipped rooms and wonderful staff. We had a 1 bedroom suite in the Manor which seemed a bit older and could use updating.
