매우 만족했어요 위치가 다운타운과 하버 모두 접근용이했고, 스윗이어서 키친이 아주 잘 되어있는 객실이었어요!!!

Hide a bed lumpy. Very old musty smell. Restaurant not open for dinner.

Room #426 was assigned to me and I noticed a foul odour upon entry. The heat was set to 27°C so I turned it down, opened a window in hopes of airing out the foul smell, and left for a meeting. The room still smelled terrible when I returned, the bed and surrounding areas smelled like urine, so I politely requested a room transfer as I was booked for two nights. I was able to move to Room #444 which thankfully did not smell like urine, but was a downgrade from the amenities in the previous room (we no longer had a balcony, etc). There were other issues such as the shower squealing like a dying cat, everything about the sofabed, and more. Although I appreciated the effort that was put into the basement amenities, the rest of the hotel is very tired. The hallways smell like mildew and 1980's cigarettes, and the rooms smell musty. The lack of care and upgrades to the building are borderline insulting to me as a guest. I have already told my friends, who live locally, that I do not recommend your hotel when they asked about our accommodation. I regret choosing your hotel for my weekend getaway and will continue to stay elsewhere on my routine visits to the city.

The room is spotless, spacious, and the staff was excellent. This was my first time out this hotel and I am definitely gonna come back again.

Fun property - kids loved it!

Although I did give this location five stars, it is an older hotel but it is very well maintained, fantastic location and incredibly quiet. Maybe it was the time of year when I was there but I had no problems with anything. So great to walk one block and be at the waterfront or five blocks and at the other side of the waterfront. Unfortunate that the restaurant is not open for supper but the restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel at all and breakfast and lunch were very good and very filling. The pool, hot tub area were very clean and very enjoyable. The gym is quite small but it had one of everything you would need. There is a fee for overnight parking but it is one of the cheaper places downtown Victoria especially for the amazing location

The room was dated but clean. The staff was courteous. The bed was too bagged for our comfort. They charged 25$ for parking, but we thought it was included.

This is a lovely hotel in the Inner Harbor close to everything. All the staff were absolutely wonderful, cheerful, and accommodating. Our hotel accommodations were spotless. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, it was apparent they all enjoyed their jobs! We definitely will be back.

It's a lovely small hotel with easy parking and check in. Close to inner harbor. One of my favorites.

Was very happy with check in, the room, view of the parliment building light up for the holidays, pool, games and billiards rooms plus Floyd's being the new restaurant on site. Glad to have stayed and that my brother also had a room for new years eve. We will all come back to stay again!

Wonderful accommodations, the pool and games room was a nice luxury to our stay.

The suite was very nice, clean with a well stocked kitchen for short stays and large rooms. The location close to the inner harbour was perfect with many attractions in walking distance. The bedding was disappointing- there was a thin blanket that only covered the top of the bed with no overhang instead of a duvet.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were helpful and the service excellent. Parking is very convenient. The location is very central being only half a block from the downtown harbour. This is our go-to accommodation.
