Great location very close to King’s Cross and St Pancras stations just a short 5-10min walk with plenty of eateries outside the property. Bedroom was spacious with a sink and TV. Only issue there was a continuous humming from the hotel affecting the bedroom which made it difficult to sleep. Good basic hotel for an overnight stay only, shared bathrooms are in urgent need of upgrading, cleaning and maintenance. Hand soap was in dirty overused bottles and unhygienic cups and mugs really need to be removed and freshened if left for hotel residents to use which could be improved as the room was functional and good. Two keys required to open front door and bedroom door old fashioned system but ok. Nice busy area and would definitely stay for one night stays in the future if price is budget friendly.

Booked this again for a cheap room to stay for the night. You get what you pay for but the people are great and easy walk into the center and surroundings. My 8th time in this place but I book it for a reason as I’m never in the room only to sleep.

共同トイレ、共同シャワーです。エレベーターはありません。部屋はベッドとちょっとした荷物を置く棚があります。ロンドンセントパンクラス駅から歩ける距離です。大英博物館やナショナルギャラリーを訪問するのであれば、近くて便利です。

年末年始に利用しました。立地はとても良いですが　3日間宿泊で清掃タオル交換などありません。言えばタオルは交換してもらえます。 1階でしたが下水の臭いが酷く換気扇を止めるとひどいのでつけっぱなしでした。ホテルのスタッフの方は良いですが早く到着しても荷物は預かってもらえません。

The photos on the site look nothing like the rooms. Was asked to give passport details on check in. Not advised of that. Steep stairs. Wobbly floorboards. No quilt.

When we arrived nobody on desk we had to wait 10 minutes for receptionist to return to building. No drinking water in our room. Only 1 bath towel each. No handtowel in bathroom for hands(they did give us an extra towel when asked)plaster boards stood up in hallway near our room. Outside light kept coming on in night, and heard people laughing , talking after midnight through walls while trying to sleep.

Good location for walking/ bussing to attractions. However the property is very dated, and staff not overly helpful. It was fine for our one night stay but I probably wouldn’t stay for longer.

It's definitely a good budget option to stay in central london. I wanted to be as close as possible to Saint Pancreas International and this was definitely it; also it was a pretty well trafficked road so it felt relatively safe. I would just recommend to not say the room number out loud at check-in just to be on the safe side since the rooms are not key cards but actual keys. The bathrooms and room was clean! it was maybe a bit warm but it there had just been an heat wave so I wouldn't fault the hotel for that. Overall a pretty good experience, but definitely bring ear plugs as the street is a bit loud!

Everything was dirty: walls in the room, towels, curtains, we couldn't use shower as there was lots of hairs and was dirty as hell. This hotel (if your can name this thing hotel) stuck in '80s and no one do cleaning ever since! Guy in the reception gave us impression that he was there as a punishment. I will never ever cone back to this an will tell whoever I can to avoid it at all costs. Regards Alex.

We stayed only for one night but I wouln’t want to be there ever again It should not be considered a hotel but a hostel. The bedroom, bathrooms were really outdated. We were given a room in the basement and the smell, poor ventilation was not adequate. Staff were not that friendly either. The only positive about the hotel is the location.

Check in smooth, good location, easy to get around. The room was extremely compact as was the shower, very difficult to get the water temperature correct, due to it being so small water was going out the door on to the carpet, luckily the door opened outwards so I could step out of the shower backwards. The kettle would only work if we held it down, we did report it to a member of staff, very friendly and polite staff. The bed was uncomfortable, we could feel every spring in the mattress so didn't sleep very well.

The property was very old and dirty. Our first room was out the back and downstairs, essentially out in the garden and surrounded by a brick wall. The smell from the drains was unbearable and it got worse when any water was run in the bathroom. The bathroom wasn't clean and neither was the bedroom. After complaining we were offered another room on the ground floor which was equally as dirty and had paint on the bedding. We left and did not stay as the standard of the hotel was very poor and well below what is acceptable.

Very central location and very quiet - I couldn't hear any traffic at all. It's in an old building so the water pipes were noisy but the bed was comfortable and a handy sink in the room made a big difference to the fact I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. There was a kettle and coffee/tea which was useful. The shower was just a dribble but it did the job!

Having a cockroach bait next to the bed wasn’t a great start. Having staff try to enter the room when a smoke alarm went off with nothing to do with me was next level. When they came back and tried to enter the room with a master key was the cherry on the cake. All up, it wasn’t the best place I’ve ever staid, and that’s the best thing that can be said. I wish them all the very best.
