Propreté de la salle de bain à revoir,
Pas de ménage tout les jours dans les chambres donc aucun ménages n’a été effectuée durant nos trois nuits.
Très compliqué pour l’entrée tard à l’hôtel et la sortie tôt car il n’y as pas de réceptionniste en continue. Ils nous demande de les appelé sur le téléphone pour quand on rentre mais personne nous répond et quand nous somme sortie tôt (3h30 du matin) de notre chambre pour prendre l’avion même problème personne à la réception et personne répond au téléphone donc compliqué pour rendre les clés.

When I arrived the bed was unclean, the toilet was filled with faeces, I went to speak to the manager twice And no one was around either time, also the door to my room did not lock properly, there was no hot water no matter how long I ran the tap, will not be staying again

The room felt neglected, room was so tiny for 2 people for £90ish.
The duvet was paper thin as well; it was basically just a sheet that covered us.

I booked a double room, but it felt more like a single room with just a double bed squeezed in. The room was too small and very different from the photos shown online, which was disappointing. The receptionist was not friendly or welcoming. We were also not able to sleep properly because there was a lot of noise from the floor above — the floor was squeaking loudly whenever people walked, which was very disturbing throughout the night.

Hotel was quiet so could sleep, they give you more than enough coffees and teas which is great but the floor was a bit questionable, it was uneven and i didnt feel it was very secure when walking around the room, owner is a bit offish when you check in but happy when you check out lol. If you just need somewhere to get your head down for a cheap rate then book it but dont expect the world, it really is just a means to an end kind of place, would book again if on the same budget.

Room did not reflect photos and was horrible basement flat, in clean toilet , bed on it side next to wall , no head board , 1 awful pillow , light switch not even on the wall properly, the room was noisy with underground train every 5 mins until 2:30 am,
TV had no channels. Out side light came on when any one walked by . Horrible stay even considered going home, not a bathroom more like a portaloo my husband could even fit in , worst HOTEL Ive ever stayed in

Værelset beskidt, uhumsk kælderværelse, mange ting virkede ikke; fx håndvask, bruseren til badet, vinduet og døren. Den ene seng var i stykker ved fjedrene. Signalet til TV virkede ikke. Der var musefælde i værelset. Der lugtede af cigaretrøg fra andre gæster i hotellet. Der blev ikke gjort rent mens vi var der, vi havde 5 overnatninger.
