Handy, cheap to be London but not good enough to repeat. Wouldn't recommend for someone who isn't used to travel

Well located for Euston station. Steep narrow stairway to basement apartment. No window so very stuffy. TV didn’t work - presumably because in basement and had no reception.

Very nice hotel for 2 stars excellent staff and close transport services.

I never got to sleep in the room since they lied to me about letting me check in a few minutes (15) late due to the late artival of my flight. Instead I was left standing on the street with my luggage and no place to go. I highly caution anyone contemplating this hotel to avoid it at all costs.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. Good location. Hotel was clean bit some areas were tired although there were obvious signs of ongoing work such as painting, carpet replacement but some not to a great standard. Shared shower had a good flow. A small amount of mould in shower but difficult to avoid in such a small, enclosed area, but otherwise very clean. Staff were helpful. It would have been useful to have a solid hook on the back of the door or wall to hand my coat and towel as the coat rail and unit were a bit flimsy. No mirror anywhere I could find to do makeup etc.

Dirty everything, super sketchy area, the worker was extremely rude, please don't stay here

My experience was equal to that of other reviewers. This is the place to go on a budget.

Welcomed nicely by the staff. The walkways throughout (including stairs) are very narrow. And there is no lift. Our room has an en-suite and the room had all the amenities you needed for a short stay. The bed was a little uncomfortable but done the job for one night close to KingsX. The bathroom was small but pleasant - the other negative was the shower curtain was quite stained and dirty.

Central location and kids in the same room perfect for the trip

The room is tiny, the shower sits half metre above the floor level for some bizarre reason. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever tried to sleep in. Receptionist was disinterested.

The staff keeps locking everyone out during the daytime! The staff does NOT post hours when they are away from the front desk causing me to be locked out several times during my visit!

The room is not as pictured . Very, very small. Not the cleanest either. Not a very good mattress at all. Paper thin walls. Could hear peoples conversations in the next room. If you are a late arrival (past midnight) you are not getting in. That added a bit of stress. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive, nothing negative there at all. Location is great with food and drink close by. Good proximity to railways so that is good. Not worth the $180 CDN I paid. Maybe $100 to $120 would have been more palatable. I'd not stay again unfortunately.

We did not like the shared bathrooms. There was no elevator/lift.

A good little hotel. Was very clean. Would not be suitable if you have trouble with stairs. Room small, good shower cubicle. In an area with restaurants and only a short walk to Russell Square Station.

We stayed here only one night for the location close to the Eurostar station. The place was clean but the staff were unfriendly, the location was nosiy (outside) and several stairs are required to reach any of the rooms. I would not stay again.

Great location, very easy and quick check-in. It feels more like a hostel with private rooms than a hotel. The room is quite small, no air conditioning but the small fan was sufficient.

Mugg på badet i dusjen og på dusjforhenget. Gulvet er også veldig ujevnt og knirker mye. Hører godt naboene gjennom veggene. Ellers var personalet utrolig koselige og hyggelige! Sengene var også gode.
