굿우드 호텔

I reserved a single twin bed room with private bath. There were no closets, hai dryer, and just one towel was provided. The room was too small, of course different from the photos uploaded on the website. It is not available to keep your luggage after checkout. However, the employees were kind, and the location is safe and near the British museum.

Room did not reflect photos and was horrible basement flat, in clean toilet , bed on it side next to wall , no head board , 1 awful pillow , light switch not even on the wall properly, the room was noisy with underground train every 5 mins until 2:30 am, TV had no channels. Out side light came on when any one walked by . Horrible stay even considered going home, not a bathroom more like a portaloo my husband could even fit in , worst HOTEL Ive ever stayed in

Very basic hotel. Could do with a tidy and refurb but okay for a night.

Værelset beskidt, uhumsk kælderværelse, mange ting virkede ikke; fx håndvask, bruseren til badet, vinduet og døren. Den ene seng var i stykker ved fjedrene. Signalet til TV virkede ikke. Der var musefælde i værelset. Der lugtede af cigaretrøg fra andre gæster i hotellet. Der blev ikke gjort rent mens vi var der, vi havde 5 overnatninger.

Værelset var ikke rent, væggene var ikke lydtætte, og alle sengene var i stykker. Billederne af hotellet snyder meget, og lever ikke op til virkeligheden. Meget skuffende oplevelse. Booker man dette hotel, skal man huske ja hatten og sit gode hunør

Good value for money and in a great location between Euston station and russel square tube station

Just poor in all ways. See Google review for photos to describe this review. Greeted at reception by a chap in a smelly office with bare feet. Room for had gaps all around it (not fire) bed bases worn, sockets old and yellow, carpet worn, marks all over the wall and for fun a bare bulb for lighting. As initially mentioned just poor! If it was £50 for a stopover I would have managed, not £100s avoid unless in dianneed.

It was okay bed was so hard didnt sleep the first night the person in the room above me was walking around all night and the noise they was making was a joke and i had no tv on the first night and on the 2nd night the guy charged my room so i had tv

Room didn't have hot water running in tap wouldn't turn on. Shower leaking coming out off pipe bed was hard + no lift

Personalet var søde og vi fik lov til at låne en adapter, men det var nok også det bedste ved dette ophold. Vi fik det forkerte værelse, det var ekstremt nedslidt og støv overalt. Sengene var godt brugte til det punkt hvor der næsten ikke var fjedre tilbage. Dynerne var bare nogle gamle tæpper… væggene var ikke specielt lydtætte og man kunne høre alt hvad der skete rundt omkring en. Låsen på døren virkede også knap nok og dørhåndtaget var ved at falde af/virkede ikke. Det samme glæder for døren til badeværelset… her var der heller ingen forhæng til bruseren så der var vådt overalt bagefter. Ingen skimmelsvamp eller dyr. God placering i forhold til metro. Overall anbefaler ikke

Genuinely the worst armpit room in London. Had to hold my breath before using the airplane type loo as the smell from the pipes was so awful. A night in the police cells would have been nicer (and free)....why are Hotels.com even affiliated with this places?

Basic hotel but kept clean and is in good walking distance from Euston station so easy to get around London. Good option if you're needing somewhere to sleep after a long day out and about.

My stay at Goodwood Hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, I encountered extremely poor customer service — the front desk staff (who I believe was also the manager) was rude and raised his voice at me when I calmly suggested there was a better way to communicate hotel policies. I was surprised at the hostility, especially when I was simply asking about holding my bags for a couple of hours before check-in. The rooms are very small, and most of them have *shared bathrooms*, which was in the advert but you have to be paying attention. None of the rooms are as advertised - the front desk staff verbatim said the picture posted online is used for all the rooms and the rooms don’t actually look like that. The bathroom facilities were in poor condition — more like small closet-sized stalls, with the toilet and shower in separate, cramped spaces. Not kept clean - Definitely not what you'd expect even from a 2-star hotel. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and check-in/out outside of the first encounter went smoothly. That said, you truly get what you pay for — maybe even less. I was glad it was just a one-night stay!

Das Zimmer war schmutzig bei Ankunft. Auf Hotels.com steht, dass das Hotel tägliche Zimmerreinigung hat: hat erst nach 2x Reklamieren an 2 Tagen stattgefunden, und das nicht vollständig. Es wurde nur das Bett gemacht und frische Tücher gebracht, das Bad wurde aber nicht gereinigt. Ich musste in der ersten Nacht in Thermounterwäsche und Kappe schlafen. Reklamierte am Morgen. . Es hiess, die Heizung werde geflickt: am Abend wieder so kalt, musste dann einen Ttainer kaufen gehen. Dann am nächsten Morgen nochmals reklamiert: dann erhielt ich dann einen Ofen zum einstacken, damit das Zimmer einigermassen warm wurde.

Shared facilities in terrible state.

Arrived at hotel, reception didn’t seem aware of the process. Went up to the bedroom which was on a slant, with uneven floorboards and the wooden cupboards were water damaged. Our room was adjacent to the shared toilet, we could hear a man urinating as if we were in the toilet with him. We weren’t aware that the bathroom’s were shared and would have made a go of it but my wife is pregnant and the showers were on different floors, so it was unsuitable. Spoke to hotels.com regarding the issue and they agreed to call reception and ask for a refund. It took too long so we checked out, the receptionist was in the ignoring the ringing phone. It then took the hotel three days to answer the call from Hotels.com regarding a refund, but they refused. Avoid if you desire cleanliness and a good attitude.
