I reserved a single twin bed room with private bath. There were no closets, hai dryer, and just one towel was provided. The room was too small, of course different from the photos uploaded on the website. It is not available to keep your luggage after checkout. However, the employees were kind, and the location is safe and near the British museum.

Room was clean. Easy to find and make way into the city centre. Staff were nice. The key didn’t work for the front door we had to buzz to get in. The stairs to head upstairs were not great, I nearly fell a couple times coming down them. The room itself was fine. The bathroom in the room had a massive step up to it. The shower curtain was pretty moldy so was the shower area. Pay for what you get.

Soft spots in the floors, the carpet on the stairs was covered in stains, my bathroom sink clogged and wouldn’t drain, very thin walls not good for privacy, my bed felt uneven like there were missing springs, and overall a noisy area

Firstly, the location is excellent! Everything on your doorstep. I received a warm welcome when I arrived. Very friendly. The ensuite double room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle and tea/coffee selection, T.V. and decent view, considering. On checkout, much the same. Very helpful. Charged my phone for me which doesn't sound much but was a life saver. Many thanks for that. Happy to recommend this hotel.

Cheap room for this area of London. Good for a short stay and room was perfectly suitable with none of the cleanliness issues other reviews have mentioned.

Pésimo, totalmente sucio, la regadera rota, compartes el baño con tres habitaciones, muy pequeño, las fotos que ponen no hacen referencia a la vivienda como tal, no tienes servicio de limpieza a la habitación, algo pésimo.

For the price per night and the location it is good price

El hostal está muy descuidado, sucio y la cama está súper incómoda, se sienten los resortes y está sucia, compartir el baño es muy incómodo porque están lejos y sucios Yo pedí cambiar a un cuarto con baño propio y fue un poco mejor pero pagué 90 euros más Se me hizo muy mal porque por ese dinero pude alquilar un hotel con mejores características

Narrow passages and turns on the stairs, so difficult with suitcases. Double bed but it was against one wall so access from one side only. Window on ground floor did not have an opening restriction so was vulnerable to entry. Private bathroom had a tiny corner basin with no plug, low ceiling with shower curtain draping on the bottom of the shower tray and a very rusty rail. Not usable.

The Matteress Was just A Box of Springs we Could Not Sleep For 3 Nights

The room was small but clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. We were very pleased tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Only 10 minutes walk from St Pancras Worth what we paid for it.

Ideal for a quick stay near Euston. The chap on reception was really helpful, full marks for customer service 👏

This ia NOT a 2.5 star hotel. It is a 1 star inn. Unkept, no concept of service, malfunctioning appliances, no tv signal, dirt rust and dust... I'll add pictures

Good location for Euston, St Pancras & Kings Cross. Cafes & shops very close by. TV did not work which was disappointing. Allowed for Left Luggage.

The room was clean and there was a kettle and some mugs so we could make coffee. The room was quite small but the bed was comfy. Certainly OK for a single night if you have a train to catch at St.Pancras, which is only a 13 minute walk away. There's a decent sized Waitrose 2 minutes walk away if you need a snack and a range of restaurants even closer if preferred. My only real complaint was the lack of a fridge/ freezer even at reception to keep some medication cool overnight and to freeze some packs to keep it cool on the journey. Also, although not a problem for us, there is no lift and quite steep stairs to access the upper floors.99

Not as bad as reviews are saying, fine for getting your head down. Bedding was clean. A shame the ensuite Shower wasn't working but I already knew it was a shared bathroom. Staff was friendly. Good location.

first of all the rooms are not good at blocking external sounds, the staff were shouting around on my last night at around 1 in the morning, slamming doors and throwing drawers closed etc the staff otherwise were pretty chill, considering the first thing i stumbled across upon my first entry was a receptionist with his sandals off, bare feet just hung up on a window ledge lol the shower is ridiculous, i washed myself in the sink in my room instead- as this is a shared bathroom, i obviously had to use the bathroom for the toilet etc but i still rather wash myself in the sink in my room for the bedding you'd expect duvet etc, no... just a fleece blanket- which i didn't mind but the typical traveler would like a duvet overall its a great location with great places nearby, budget friendly considering its in london next to euston station, final rating about 6/10. could have been much better! thanks

Decent accommodation

Much better than expected from other reviews. We stayed in family room. Clean and tidy, as expected for a 2 star hotel. Great location.
