It’s super close to Windsor Castle.

Nice and clean. Friendly check-in. Only thing on the night was that the main radiator wasnt working and the replacement heater didn't warm the room on a cold evening.

Rooms could do with updating

We had a great experience, everything very clean and great view of the Castle outside. Nice large room and staff very attentive, Heating in room not working, but an oil filled radiator was supplied that warm the room up lovely in no time Also, the shower probably needs updating as a little bit outdated and we were unable to get a comfortable temperature and flow ratefrom. All in all a very comfortable stay in a large room with great views of the castle at a great price definitively four stars out of five. We would definitely book again at this hotel

Great location, probably one of the best in Windsor. It’s a shame that the property didn’t live up to its prestigious surroundings. Other than the location, there isn’t much else going for the hotel. We had a room at the front with views of the castle, however when we arrived the curtains were closed, plug in heaters around the room and enough condensation on the windows to have a shower. The rooms are dated an in need of a good clean. The hotel could be great but has been left in disrepair. Blocked sinks dirty floors etc. Luckily we were only there for one night.

Greta hotel. Staff are lovely, clean room and entrance area. We will be staying again.

Room was tired, peeling paint, cracks, furniture in poor state. Even the bathroom tiles have been painted over and this was peeling. From the makeshift check in desk when you first walk in, the whole place feels run down and in need of some work.

TV is not working, WiFi is weak, heater is not working

Lovely room at a very good price

Shower wasn't very hot, and room was being heated by an electric heater instead of central heating so it made the room feel either stuffy or cold and the bathroom freezing.

View of castle is nice plus the area is all walkable to nearby shops and pubs. Room was small. Bed was a full. Can’t fit a bigger bed with the room size. Mattress was old, hard, and springy. No heat in room. They set up an old space heater which barely kept room warm as long as bathroom door was closed. Price is too much for an overnight.

This hotel is on a great location, many shops and places to eat closeby and opposite the castle, our room looked into the castle. Decor is a bit dated now, room was spacious.

No heating! Headboard collapsed, bathroom lights not working, I need compensation which the hotel is not accepting?

Upon arrival reception worker couldn’t speak good English, no car park and was expected to walk half a mile for parking. Received room key where the room key envelope had been reused many times! Room 104 was not the room I booked, tiny room with a bed desk and chair. Small window! Decided to rebook to a hotel down the road. Was not happy with the condition or service of the hotel. Requesting a refund!
