The room was really comfortable. All though the procedure for charging my car was a major problem. No signal in the carpark to book charging station.

Breakfast was not great,coffee was terrible!

Pro’s - was clean enough and the hotel was conveniently located. Con’s - Queen room that we had booked was in fact two single beds pushed together, with a plug socket and light fitting in the middle of the two that meant you banged your head on the light fitting or fell into the crease between beds. Parking is available in the basement for £15, alternatively street parking is plentiful and free after 6pm until 8am.

Great location and a really good hotel

The room was clean and served our needs. The bed was comfy.

Clean room, great mattress, really good choice at breakfast. A nice feature was a tea/ coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby available 24/7. Only thing that would make it better would be some decent pillows! Would stay here again.:)

Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, secure underground parking (£15 per night) and great location for the Utilita Arena (less than 10 minutes walk along the canal) and we were there for Xmas markets too which was only 5 minutes walk away.

Perfect location Staff very friendly and helpful. Underground parking facilities Room clean and spacious. Could do with brighter lighting, but otherwise very good. Hair dryer, Ironing board and iron, plus tea & coffee tray in room. Breakfast, great selection menu from cereal, pastries, fresh fruit and full English breakfast. 24/7 hot drinks from reception. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Birmingham city centre.

Good location, comfortable Bathroom had a constant humming noise however but wasn’t a problem. One of the 2 lifts was often out of service during my stay which was annoying

Really good stay at this hotel. Room was clean and it looked like the bathroom had just been refurbed. The location is great but also quiet. The parking was easy to find behind the hotel and very convenient and reasonable. Would definitely book again.

A bit dated, but clean and beds were comfy. We were only there for one night so it was okay. Good central location though.

Very central to everything. Would definitely book again. Lift very noisy and no shampoo (empty bottle) Also maybe the man on reception could smile.

Comfy and spacious room, huge bed, TV that worked, tea & coffee in room and available in reception too. Great shower. Lovely breakfast options. Staff really friendly and helpful, would stay again.

Room very clean, adequate for our quick one night stop over. We picked the hotel for it’s great location, and we’re pleased that it worked out very well for us.
