Good on-site parking. Front desk manager was fantastic.

The staff were excellent. The service was 5*.

Great room, with free breakfast included. My only complaint is that the parking garage isn’t properly signposted-had to literally go around the block to find the entrance!

Need more breakfast choice for guests that are vegetarian or have an allergy.

We stay here often and it is always welcoming, friendly and with great service. The pub next door is great for food and Brad and Nathan ensure a great atmosphere too. I thoroughly recommend this hotel

Nothing was too much trouble

Room was clean and tidy, bathroom fan doesn’t work. My biggest gripe is pre completing the check in only to arrive and stand in the same que as normal check in to complete a health and safety form😩

Good price, good location, less than 10 mins to New St/shops and to bars on the canal. staff were great. On site parking, complimentary coffee machine in reception

I eventually stayed in the 3rd room I was offered. The first 2 had a terrible stench of damp in them. Staff were good trying to get me different rooms but both times asked if I had touched or moved anything so I assumed they were going to allocate the smelly rooms to something else. 3rd room was ok but in need of decorating. I didn’t have breakfast as a colleague who went down before me messaged to say it was the worst breakfast he had ever had in a hotel and he has stayed in loads of hotels

A clean reasonably priced room for the night. Location was good too

Great location , a short walk to the centre of Birmingham. Clean. Underground parking at £15 per day. Decent breakfast with pancake maker, eggs, beans, bacon, sausages, hash browns, breads, cheese, ham, fruit, cereals and drink options.

My hotel of choice when staying in central Birmingham. Good location close to city centre. Friendly service throughout. Stay here many times over the course of many years.

City centre location is convenient. Check in and breakfast excellent. Staff friendly and efficient. However the family room was tiny and cramped. Sofa bed was unacceptably uncomfortable. Bathroom outdated.

Alright if you’re in the city centre for an event and just need somewhere to lay your head for the night. Secure parking and staff were lovely. Mattress was quite firm. Room was clean

Perfect location for a gig at the Town Hall. Reasonable price, clean & comfy room with a queen bed (shared with my daughter). Second time of staying here, would definitely recommend.

Excellent location for walking to Utilita Arena, pubs and restaurants. Secure parking.
