Great location (on the door step of everything we require), clean (rooms and common areas where we visited were perfect) and welcoming (staff courteous and helpful). Easily accessible car park a real boon.

Lovely hotel in Central Birmingham 10 min walk from the New Street Train St/Tram stops. Also a short walk to the canals resturaunts, bars, cinema, sea life centre, Lego discovery centre. Room was clean & Linen towels changed daily. Staff friendly & helpful would highly recommend

Excellent hospitality from the moment I walked into the hotel. Friendly, approachable staff. Immaculate room with very good facilities ie and iron and ironing board. Every member of staff I came across in this hotel was exceptional, extremely helpful.

Pre login carried out. Booking in on the day went well. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were attentive and helpful. The coffee machine in the reception was good. I just felt that the £16 for breakfast was a little expensive.
