Stayed one night as we were in town celebrating a friends birthday. The room was clean & spacious, bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot. Just what was expected for a short stay

I liked the location. A safe clean area close to the museum. The hotel was very clean. The bar was open until 2am and although i didnt use it that would be useful if you wanted a late drink. The room was large. Very clean. Tv worked. Small but clean bathroom with a shower and seperate toilet. Overall very please. Only negative was a smell in the morning that woke me up. It must have been from the drains.

Very disappointed with my stay at Ibis. The room was extremely hot which made the room very uncomfortable and when asked if we could turn the AC down we were told it was already at lowest level and there was nothing we could do. Resulting in a terrible nights sleep in what felt like a sauna

Room was clean and tidy, bathroom fan doesn’t work.
My biggest gripe is pre completing the check in only to arrive and stand in the same que as normal check in to complete a health and safety form😩

I eventually stayed in the 3rd room I was offered. The first 2 had a terrible stench of damp in them. Staff were good trying to get me different rooms but both times asked if I had touched or moved anything so I assumed they were going to allocate the smelly rooms to something else. 3rd room was ok but in need of decorating.
I didn’t have breakfast as a colleague who went down before me messaged to say it was the worst breakfast he had ever had in a hotel and he has stayed in loads of hotels
