Staff on reception Joanne think her name was very friendly and welcoming clean room good breakfast only let down was cleaner knocking on door at 11am when checkout is 12 pm

Prime location right in the heart of central Birmingham, immediately next to the Museum, across Victoria Square from New Street, the Bullring, & Grand Central, at the edge of the Jewelry District & Gas Street Basin, & minutes from the theaters, the library, & convention center. Friendly staff, clean rooms, hot water. Can’t beat the location!!

Room was spotless as was the bathroom. Very comfortable and we had a really lovely stay. Definitely rerecommend as very central location. Staff were very nice too.this hotel ad

Everything was spot on, cannot say anything bad about the hotel.

The room was really comfortable. All though the procedure for charging my car was a major problem. No signal in the carpark to book charging station.

Pro’s - was clean enough and the hotel was conveniently located. Con’s - Queen room that we had booked was in fact two single beds pushed together, with a plug socket and light fitting in the middle of the two that meant you banged your head on the light fitting or fell into the crease between beds. Parking is available in the basement for £15, alternatively street parking is plentiful and free after 6pm until 8am.

Great location and a really good hotel

The room was clean and served our needs. The bed was comfy.

Clean room, great mattress, really good choice at breakfast. A nice feature was a tea/ coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby available 24/7. Only thing that would make it better would be some decent pillows! Would stay here again.:)

Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, secure underground parking (£15 per night) and great location for the Utilita Arena (less than 10 minutes walk along the canal) and we were there for Xmas markets too which was only 5 minutes walk away.
