Wow!! What a lovely stay we had! Staff were friendly, rooms were spotless, beds were so comfy, shower was amazing and food was delicious xx

Perfect location Staff very friendly and helpful. Underground parking facilities Room clean and spacious. Could do with brighter lighting, but otherwise very good. Hair dryer, Ironing board and iron, plus tea & coffee tray in room. Breakfast, great selection menu from cereal, pastries, fresh fruit and full English breakfast. 24/7 hot drinks from reception. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Birmingham city centre.

Really good stay at this hotel. Room was clean and it looked like the bathroom had just been refurbed. The location is great but also quiet. The parking was easy to find behind the hotel and very convenient and reasonable. Would definitely book again.

Pro’s - was clean enough and the hotel was conveniently located. Con’s - Queen room that we had booked was in fact two single beds pushed together, with a plug socket and light fitting in the middle of the two that meant you banged your head on the light fitting or fell into the crease between beds. Parking is available in the basement for £15, alternatively street parking is plentiful and free after 6pm until 8am.

Comfy and spacious room, huge bed, TV that worked, tea & coffee in room and available in reception too. Great shower. Lovely breakfast options. Staff really friendly and helpful, would stay again.
