ハイドパークまで１分なので、早朝散歩するには良いロケーションです。ホテルスタッフは親切で、ロビーの暖炉が素敵です。夜はロビーをバーとしても使えます。飲み物の選択肢は少ないですが、良心的な価格だったと思います。

駅より徒歩圏内の小さなブティックホテルです。 全体の設備は新しく、快適に過ごせるが、フロントの対応が一人の為、チェックインでかなり またされ、また、５０ポンドのデポジット入金を要求されたが、このような要求はホテルの ポリシーとして事前に明示すべきです。 対応がかなりコストに厳しい経営姿勢が随所にうかがえ、割り増し料金の表示がいたるところで みられる。

小規模ではありますが、設備が新しく掃除も行き届いています。 家族三人で大きな部屋でしたが、メインベッドのみならず、ソファベッドもとても広く、寝具も上質なものでした。 閑静な住宅とホテルが同居するエリアにあり、最寄りの駅まで歩いて7分程度です。主要な観光スポットやショッピングセンターまで地下鉄で30分かかりませんので、大変便利です。

駅からも比較的近く、お部屋もおしゃれで快適でした。 階段がおおいので荷物はすべてポーターさんに運んでもらいましたよ。

部屋は、かなり古いですが、広さがあって窮屈さはあまり感じませんでした。 シャワーが固定式なので、使いづらかったです。 ベットメーキングする方によるのでしょうが、されてない時がありました。チップはなくなっていましたが。 朝食は、わりと豊富で満足感がありました。バナナやリンゴ、シリアル、チーズ、ジュース、ヨーグルトなどコンチネンタルでは種類が豊富だと思いました。 普通にほどほどに快適でした。

No hot water for a shower the evening before or the morning. Was told it had been broken since Thursday (4 days ago). And had bugs in the sheets. Not impressed

This stay was for one night only with my wife and our two children (ages 9 and 2). The main bed was acceptable; however, both my wife and I woke up feeling very itchy. The second bed provided for the children was in very poor condition. It was extremely wobbly and felt as though it might collapse, which was concerning for our children’s safety. Additionally, the fridge was not working. We also noticed that the carpet around the base of the fridge was lifted, and there were small jumping insects present, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic. Not a 4 star hotel

Helpful reception on check in. Room small but perfect for what was required. Clean and warm with hot drinks available.

The room had marks all over the walls, the celling was falling apart, there was spot stickers stuck to the wall in bathroom, there was a step into the bathroom that wasn’t clearly signed.

Clean room, but several basic issues made the stay disappointing Although the hotel has a pleasant exterior and the receptionist was welcoming, several avoidable issues left us disappointed with our stay. At check-in, we did not receive any basic information about check-out procedures, breakfast options (even though we had not booked breakfast), or how to access the Wi-Fi. The receptionist was friendly and helpful whenever we asked questions, but it felt more like a training issue — she seemed unsure about what information to provide proactively. While her attitude was excellent, the overall experience lacked the level of professionalism we expected. When we arrived in the room, there was again no information provided. One of the toilet flush mechanisms did not work properly and continued running unless it was hit hard, which is something that should be addressed during routine maintenance. The room was also quite cold on arrival (only 19°C), and although we eventually worked out the thermostat, it did not create a warm first impression. The biggest frustration was the Wi-Fi. I could connect in the reception area but not in our room, despite the booking confirming that free Wi-Fi was included. We had to return to reception for the correct login details — again highlighting the lack of basic communication — but even with the corrected information, the Wi-Fi still did not work in the room. Although the room itself was clean, especially compared with some previous reviews,

The hotel was very nice, modern, clean. The room was great, spacious with nice bathroom. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, Mr.Bhakar was especially nice to us. Location is greqt too!
