Other than a small appliance (coffee maker) that needed replacement because it was not working properly, the room itself, location, staff and all around quality of the hotel was very good, reasonably priced for its value, and would be recommended for guests and visitors who want convenient access to Paddington Stn (and the very efficient and well-connected Elizabeth Line, and other lines/tube hubs of Paddington incl. LHR airport!) as well as lovely Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Overall recommended for mid-priced and good value stays in Central London.

God lokation og venligt personale. Værelserne kunne godt trænge til en renovering. Jeg blev flyttet fra mit første værelse, da det ikke var rent på gulvet. Næste værelse var der støv alle steder, og min vask var stoppet.

Un hôtel 4* avec des chambres au sous-sol qui sont à peine chauffées. Même en augmentant la température de la chambre à 27 degrés, cette dernière reste glaciale. Comme « solution », j’ai reçu en radiateur portable. C’est inacceptable !

Mixed experience unfortunately. When I got to the room there was a used contact lens left on the bedside table which wasn’t great. I also found a spider inside the kettle and the TV remote was really dusty. On top of that there was no WiFi signal in the bedroom.
That said, the gentleman at reception who checked me in was amazing – really friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Not a four star hotel to me. The location is good in a quiet and charming area, equipment are there but extensively used and the room wasn't clean, like the shower and carpet. Bathroom quite small, mixer tap broken and no hot water at some point.
About the staff: We were woken up by people back at 4am and the guy at the reception reacted quite quickly. Alternatively another receptionist was sleeping at 2pm on the reception desk.
Breakfast: not a large choice but ok.

Mini fridge had food in it from previous guest when we arrived. We asked to have it removed and cleaned out, this was not done. We had to remove the food ourselves. Beds not comfortable.
