The best hotel I’ve stayed in in London

Personal sehr nett, das Safe im Zimmer war kaputt mit wurde dann ein Schlüssel davon übergeben. Am zweiten Tag funktionierte die Heizung nicht mehr, dafür wurde eine mobile Heizung gebracht die hakt für die Zimmer Größe nicht ausreichend war. Zimmer etwas hellhörig man hört schon alles gut wenn es neben an zu Sache geht.

Clean room. Helpful staff

Check in was straight forward, location was good - close to the tube station, and Hyde park. It was a little tricky to find a nice looking restaurant within 10 mins walking distance, but that's personal taste. The hotel is located on a lovely tradition street which was nice, and the coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable, good sized bathroom and it was all clean too. The common area downstairs was ok, but some updating/modernization would be great, especially to the hall ways, a little bar or somewhere for cold drinks and snacks would be nice too. This would make it 4 star. Overall a nice stay.

Very clean room and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to coming back again. This is definitely my new place to stay whenever I'm in London!

The staff were lovely they couldn’t do enough for you, room was ok, mattress on the big bed wasn’t great, pillows are very flat, 2 plug sockets were burnt out so couldn’t be used. Carpet was very dusty. Cups could be bigger for a tea or coffee & replenished daily. Apart from a few minor details that could be fixed we were happy with the location

Staff very good,very friendly.Room clean and bed comfortable. Only thing that let it down was the smoke alarm in the room,bright green light.I like a dark room when sleeping and the light is to bright.

Other than a small appliance (coffee maker) that needed replacement because it was not working properly, the room itself, location, staff and all around quality of the hotel was very good, reasonably priced for its value, and would be recommended for guests and visitors who want convenient access to Paddington Stn (and the very efficient and well-connected Elizabeth Line, and other lines/tube hubs of Paddington incl. LHR airport!) as well as lovely Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Overall recommended for mid-priced and good value stays in Central London.

Amazing room, great breakfast. Amenities were good. Stayed for 6 days with my family and thoroughly enjoyed.

Stations de métro proche, quartier sympa, personnel agréable et nous avons eu la chambre très tôt. Nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude à notre arrivé mais cela a était très vite réglé. La chambre n’était pas très propre (tache sur un coussin, poussière sur le frigo, évier de la salle de bain presque bouché, joint de la douche pas très propre. La chambre était mal insonorisé.

Really nice hotel close to bayswater and hydepark. The staff was amazing and the room was very nice. My best stay in London anytime. Will go back on my next trip to London.

Staff were great, room was warm & clean- location is amazing for the cost. Only one star down as don't expect a 4 star hotel, but we will revisit.

The setting of the hotel is marvellous very well decorated, bedroom nice and the staff were terrific. Right next to hyde Park and easy bus ride into city. Will be going again

had a great stay , room was fine , very quiet safe area near paddington and Hyde park , Queensway an bayswater tube just a little stroll away , what can I say lovely staff , plenty of selection at breakfast , slept well , very clean.

Es hotel muy frío, no lo recomiendo para niños. El buffet del desayuno tiene pocas opciones El internet no llega a todas las áreas La primera noche tuvimos un problema con nuestra tarjeta de banco y nos dejaron entrar sin problema, El segundo día la energía eléctrica de la habitación falló y no había calefacción ni televisión ni nada… No es la habitación que está en la imagen … esperábamos una cama grande como la foto pero nos dieron dos camas como esta en la descripción

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer was netjes en schoon. Helaas wel erg koud. Ook geen warm water om te douchen, maar dat bleek aan een defect van de ketel te liggen. Ivm kerst kon dat niet snel worden opgelost. Wel kregen we een elektrische kachel van het personeel om de kamer toch snel op te warmen. Ontbijt was prima qua prijs/kwaliteit. Wel weinig plek in de ontbijtruimte. Wij hadden ontbijt inclusief geboekt, maar kregen daardoor geen voorrang om plaats te nemen.

AVOID Whole property didn't have hot water during the Christmas period. Mattresses were worn out. The property has potential but it's neglected and poorly managed. Staff needs training on professionalism and communication (only Ali and another staff member were great and genuinely trying to help, but clearly this is a bigger problem than they can handle). We weren't informed about the hot water issue upon check-in, we were only informed after we asked why there's no hot water in the shower the next day. Upon check-in on Christmas eve, receptionist told us that breakfast on Christmas day would close at 11am but we were turned away in the restaurant when we showed up at 10:15 saying that they already closed. I asked the same receptionist if he could ask the restaurant to prepare something light and he told me he will check and get back to me. He never got back to me. Funny note: I was trying to call reception from the phone in the room by pressing the reception button but kept getting connected with another resident in the hotel who was complaining about the hot water, we laughed at how this hotel is a joke. Due to the hot water situation, we checked-out a day early but hotel management is refusing to issue a refund for the last night of the booking.

The room was very small, carpet very old and filthy, no closet or hangers, hallway had a bad smell, no hot water /shower in the morning.
