Lovely room and surroundings. Hotel spotless. Excellent customer service and a special thank you to Sian on the front desk as she was extremely helpful and professional.

The welcome was excellent and the room was beautiful.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Only minor issue was that neither window in bedroom or bathroom shut properly and it was December with a bitterly cold wind. Luckily we are ok with a cooler room and just shut the curtains. We had a small dog with us and

Over-rated. Horrible room and paid extra for superior room and early check in. Lack of choice for food. Left after a few hours as couldn’t stand the thought of being in that room. Nothing to eat . Went out to eat and went home. Didn’t stay.

Staff were friendly. Had the three course Sunday dinner in the restaurant which was lovely. The bar had wood burners so was nice and snug. The room was to a high standard. We opted for breakfast in bed which again was good quality and generous. Free car parking just off the M6.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. All the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Although it was a very busy Saturday evening in the bar and restaurant, we had excellent and attentive service. The quality and presentation of our meal was exceptional. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Staff were all excellent blending professionalism with friendliness perfectly. We were upgraded to a lovely room overlooking the canal. Food and drink were both great!

Excellent for an overnight stay just off the M6

Foods always good but I stay over for a good nights sleep but having 2 beds attached leaving a rock hard lump down the middle of the bed is not comfy at all! Wouldn’t be nice for a couple to stay in

Yes. The room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly.

Room was excellent but whatever have you done to the dining area?!!! It used to be nice comfy chairs and (for breakfast) a relaxing and quiet atmosphere that made breakfast something to look forward to. Instead there is now ‘basic’ seating and a very echoey atmosphere that must be due in no small part to the now lack of upholstery and possibly carpet area. In short the echoey sounds made it not much better than a company cafeteria. Quite disappointing and if the hotel wasn’t so convenient and nice in other ways it might well be a case of looking elsewhere for a better breakfast dining experience.

Very nice venue drinks too expensive. But over all nice stay. Plates for breakfast need to be warmed up

All staff were warm, friendly, and very informative. The room was clean spacious and very quiet great for a good night's sleep. There was plenty of choice for breakfast both continental and hot. The restaurant has beautiful views of the lake and surrounding garden. Very happy would go back to stay again.
