The club lounge is unsatisfactory. The location is good, but the neighborhood is noisy.

ホテルのロケーション、スタッフのサービスレベルも高く快適に過ごさせました。

20時までハッピーアワーで飲み食いできるところは助かりました。

料金に見合った設備とサービスだと思います。

-House keeping - overall services are ok. But a cleaner drop the gabbage on the floor.. once.. so they should be more carefull about -Food - overall services and taste are fine but it may be overprice if all taxes and services charges are included. -Transportations - when I used a car for city tour, the driver took me to several souvinenor shops which I am not intersted in at all. this attitudes would be not professional enough..

ベッド、ソファ、バスルーム、アメニティ全てが快適でした。 荷物を運んでくれたポーターさんによる、部屋の設備案内も丁寧で好印象です。 朝食のブッフェも、品数豊富でとても満足しています。 ムンバイ空港からウーバー利用でRs270程度でした。

ムンバイ行ったとき、お部屋のインテリアが素敵なのでよく利用します。ブッフェの食事も美味しく快適です。

今回複数の出張者が宿泊いたしましたが、宿泊者全員がおおむね満足していました。特に客室は清潔でよかったとのことでした。

高額ルピー札廃止騒動のただ中、渡印しました。空港お迎えが含まれていたので、両替の列に並ばずにホテルにたどり着けました。 そういうランクだったのか、お部屋でチェックイン。室内には十分なお水、アメニティ、エスプレッソマシン、アイロン等々揃っていて、ほんと快適。ブッフェ式朝食も込みで、いろんな種類のおいしいお料理がたくさん。 近くのATMで引き出した2000ルピー札を崩してもらって、助かりました。（通常は外貨両替もしているそうですが、混乱中でしたので中止してました） 皆さん適度にフレンドリーで、押しつけがましさもなく、偉そうでもなく（高いホテルにありがちでよね）、全く不満なしです。こんな経験は人生初めてかも。

Front desk: Viraj was amazing in helping my checkin experience feel very welcomed. Breakfast: Very friendly staff and especially Archana, Tanvi, Ayush? and the Dosa desk. Room service: efficient and pleasant. All in all a pleasant stay.

Very nice, relatively modern hotel with excellent staff. Good range of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was very good.

Checkin time reception was very helpfu, during breafast Mr Kalu and his chef has helped with Langos, very freindly and good staff including Mr Nilesh - bakery boss. Good dtay.

(1)Bathroom Drainage Issues: There was a serious problem with the bathroom drainage — both the shower area and the bathtub were not draining properly, causing the entire bathroom to flood. (2) Unhelpful Staff Conduct During a Medical Emergency: A more concerning issue was the attitude of the concierge staff. I had forgotten my phone charger and was told they could not send a charger wire to the room. I therefore left my phone at the concierge desk to charge, but it wasn’t charging due to a loose USB port in their drawer. When I requested permission to take the charger wire to my room for a short while — especially since I was checking out in a couple of hours and was dealing with a medical emergency — the staff refused outright. I found this extremely disappointing and insensitive. For a hotel of Sofitel’s standard, denying a ₹100 charging wire to a guest who has spent over ₹42,000 on the stay, particularly in a situation involving a medical urgency, reflects a complete lack of empathy and hospitality. To make matters worse, there were multiple wires available at the desk, yet they declined to help. Most premium hotels readily provide such basic assistance to guests. (3) Room Amenities Inconsistency: no coffee machine in our room although the adjacent room did have a coffee machine (4) On a more subjective note, I also found the hotel’s interiors and overall design to be rather unattractive.
