The Sofitel BKC Hotel in Mumbai is an excellent property which caters to a wide range of tastes with breakout spaces for drinks and snacks besides the main Pondicherry cafe. Unfortunately I could not get any points for my three nights stay as I booked through Expedia. Unless this policy changes travellers will never get the full benefit of using this property.

The room had strong moldy smell & the bath tub was not filling properly due to knob not working. The guests were not allowed to bring any edible items even cookies or chips etc to the hotel room, thus kind of forcing them to buy food from hotel restaurant itself, which was very expensive. Other than that staff were friendly & helpful.

Loved this hotel. Tried many around the Mumbai Airport and none compare to Sofitel. Big, spacious room with bathtub. Excellent staff that remember your name. Great food options. This will be home when I’m in Mumbai from now on.

Absolutely loved my stay at Sofitel. The staff were amazing, attentive, and super helpful. Everyone called me by my name - which goes a long way when you stay in hotels most of the year. Room was big, comfortable, and had a deep soaking bathtub - a must for me! Breakfast had everything you could imagine. Coming back in a few days to spend my birthday 😊

It was a lovely stay. We had a 2 night stay from 12-14 March. The housekeeping, the reception staff and the chef at Pondicherry cafe were all excellent and very eager to help. We found the breakfast spread quite elaborate and space for local as well as global cuisine. The location of the hotel is great. We also availed the service of the SJP salon, within the hotel premises which has some great professional. A must try.
